Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Great Barrier Reef

Keadaan hotel agak lama, tempat tidurnya tidak terlalu selesa, kecuali ketika ini, yang lain masih sangat baik. Sarapan sangat mewah dan anda boleh memilih pelbagai jenis telur dadar mengikut citarasa anda. Terdapat seorang wanita Jepun di meja depan dengan sikap layanan yang sangat baik. Ketika saya meminta untuk menukar bilik kerana masalah kebersihan, dia mengambil inisiatif untuk menolong saya memeriksa bilik baru dan membawa barang saya ke bilik baru.

Sarapan sangat enak dengan banyak pilihan. Tetapi setelah saya mendaftar masuk, saya dapati suis bilik mandi rosak, dan biliknya penuh dan saya tidak dapat menukar bilik untuk saya. Ia cukup memuaskan untuk keluar.

Very nice hotel and staff within easy walking distance to the Reef terminal and esplanade where there are many restaurants and shopping. Room had a small balcony with a view of the cruise ships coming into cairns. Room was spacious and clean. had a welcome bottle of Prosecco from the staff for my Wife's Birthday!! very nice!! Highly recommend this hotel (has a nice pool too!!).

The overall stay was excellent and the rooms were spacious! Location was near to many amenities and places of interest. However, some areas of improvement include (1) the blades of one of the ceiling fans was fixed wrongly causing the air to blow inward instead of outward; (2) washing machine was cranky and noisy after turning on with load; and (3) the WiFi strength was quite poor which caused us to disconnect quite a number of times and video streaming was bad.

The location is dead centre cairns city, the 4 bed dorm is good for a group. The kitchen on level 4 is lovely, although some other quests do not clean up after themselves. The pool is lovely & you can get discounts on food and drink in the bar. The the aircon in the room cannot be controlled, we had to sleep in hoodies because it was so cold in the room. There is then NO aircon in the communal areas, making it incredibly uncomfortable to cook or relax. There is not clothes horse for drying clothes. The music that plays every night until 3am can we heard in every room in the hostel! One of the bar waitresses was very rude, pass-remarkable, made personal comments (weight/clothing) and poorly mannered in general.

Located close to shopping mall which is really ideal (with a Cole’s and Woolworths too). Rooms are nice and have everything we needed for our stay. There are a few pools - but 3 out of 4 are very cold, there’s only one heated pool. The jacuzzi is heated but to the same temperature as a heated pool. Good place to stay for your trip to Cairns.

Price-Performance ratio is very good. Location is perfect as it is next to Marina Terminal. Pros: Balcony; Clean; Quiet; Spacious room; Spacious toilet; Clean; Location; Fast check-in & check-out; Cons: no bottle water

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Although the room design is old style(not renovated one), the room is clean and the sea view is amazing. Great location especially to the meet up point of skydive and diving. Just 5 mins walk. ****** is just nearby so you don’t need to worry the night activities. Staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the stay a lot.

This is definitely a place that is orientated more towards families rather than couples. What was good was the friendly staff throughout the resort, the food and beverage service and the convenient underground parking. Stayed in a deluxe king room on the fifth floor overlooking Cairns city which appears to have been recently upgraded. Room smelt damp on entry and after the first shower it was evident why. It is hard to believe that someone designed the shower so that water flowed directly onto the floor and out into the living area even when you had the least amount of water flow possible. Wee bit of a design flaw I would suggest. Also, when booking a King size bed it would be a good idea to ask guests if they want a second bed in the room along with connecting rooms. I personally have no wish to have connecting rooms unless I am staying as a family. This door along with the front door were not particularly well sealed and you could here plenty of noise from outside and next door. The balcony is marketed as being intimate in yet has one chair and being a connecting room has nothing between you and your neighbours balcony. Hardly intimate. Based on the reviews I am sure this place is perfect for families however, there are better choices for couples elsewhere in Cairns.

Warm reception and clean room The warm cookies at the reception was a nice surprise. Room with balcony overlooking the sea and swimming pool was nice. The cafe has decent variety of food with a lot of other options available close by as well. The fish pond lights up at night to give a nice visual treat after dark.
