Ulasan Pacific Hotel Cairns

As a couple this was our first time in Cairns. The hotel is in an excellent location everything is within walking distance. The staff were very helpful including allowing us to store our bags since we had an afternoon flight. Room was spacious and very clean and we liked chilling by the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Everything is ok except they put us in 2 single bed rooms instead of a king room as we booked and paid for.

The location is perfect. Within 3 min you can reach Woolworth, Port, and night market. (DFC is right under the hotel if you want to do shopping) However, the service was really not pleasing - every staff was cooperative, but they know nothing and were not helpful at all. No adaptor/code was available, the trash can was not cleaned, and the towels were very old. No toothbrush provided - we were told they ran out of the stock and we need to buy it from woolworth.

Great location, staff very helpful in our short stay. When back in Cairns I’ll be organising another stay.

地理位置很好，出門幾步就是海邊了。離夜市差不多200米。房間乾淨有陽台。酒店附近有個大超市，性價比挺高。

酒店位置絕佳，位於太陽號等郵輪的碼頭，非常方便。附近有WOOLWORTHS超市，夜市也在附近，不少日本餐館。 前台服務的是日本員工，態度友好，有問必答。剛好趕上七夕，樓下不遠還有表演。沒有去餐廳，優惠後早餐AUD20一個人，還是很OK的。 酒店附近過一個BLOCK就有中文旅行社，去試了下HUNGRY WOMBAT餐館，日式烏冬推薦。有買元氣森林飲料。

離大堡礁坐船碼頭200米，凱恩斯很小，飛機延誤了晚上12點多才到酒店，還好有值班的人幫我們弄好了房間

立地は、グリーン島への船の発着所のリーフ・フリート・ターミナルに近くて良い。グルメ観点では､海沿いのステーキやシーフードのレストランやナイトマーケットが徒歩圏内で便利。ラグーンプールも徒歩圏内。キュランダからキュランダ鉄道から戻ってきた際のケアンズ駅からも少し歩くが徒歩で戻れます。ホテルは，若干古いが､部屋は広く快適。ホテルのプールは綺麗で、プールサイドのサマーベットに､クッションマットがあるのも良い。

位置沒的説，離碼頭,夜市，超市啥啥都近，非常方便。但u1s1, 設施是真的有點舊，尤其是衞生間。同樣作為四星，相近的價格，跟黃金海岸的酒店比起來簡直差一個星級。可能是老牌旅遊城市開發的早啥都舊吧..
