Hotel is very dated. Room has molding smell. Bathroom is very basic. Not much a service from the hotel either.

Amazing experience. Really beautiful property. Great staff. We booked our reef experience with them. Had really fun. Helpful staff members. Loved their welcoming fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. They updated our room for a ocean view room.

Rooms were little old and not cleaned properly. But the staff was very amazing they helped us through everything. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family

It was a booking for a night when we missed a connection flight, very good location and very clean. Nice receptionist and easy to order food and receive. My mum loves it.

Staff were very friendly, location was the best to walk around the city. Actual room facilities are relatively a bit outdated (no usb receptive chargers) but nothing to complain about. Thanks again to the extremely friendly Korean staff member at the front desk.

Pretty good. The room is big, and the staff are helpful . The food in the restaurant is yummy but not expensive .

We booked a king room and was unavailable when we checked in. Upgraded to double queen bed with balcony. Room was very good, but the balcony was not clean as it was still have cement on the floor. Good location, nice staff, and good breakfast! Recommend!

We have spent 4 nights in this Double Tree Hotel and checking out today. In general hotel is very basic not meeting my expectations- - breakfast is so basic and boring, not much variety - room is standard - have requested for wake up call the hotel receptionist was forgot - lucky we are not late for early flight - reception also forgot to book the Taxi Location is good Will not recommend for my families and friends.

Didn’t have a good experience here: 1. We booked a room for 3 ppl, however, everything still came in as 2. We need to call the receptionist for one extra towel EVERYDAY. and 2 out of 3 times, they didn’t bring it up, but asked us to pick up downstairs. 2. The room is not clean. We saw small black stuff on sheet and medium-sized grey stuff on floor. 3. Bathroom is very small. And the water for showering is low.
