The rooms are so nice and the shared are at the swimming pool perfect to relax

Was nervous due to past reviews, but found the reception staff friendly and helpful & the facilities really good. The room was basic but location was walkable and, whilst a little noisy at night sometimes, the other guests were kind and considerate. Would stay again!

It is reasonable hotel for budget price if you do not want to pay extra for newer hotel.

Not far from the airport or city center. Based on the hotel description on Ctrip, I booked a 30 sqm 'resort king suite', but the actual room plus bathroom wasn't even that big.

First impressions were bad due to the unfriendly, unhelpful reception staff, who really didnt show any interest in making me feel welcome at the start of a 20 day stay! Then the room, "Comfort Suite", which can sleep up to 3 people, was tiny and everything had a very worn, feel to it, but the worst part was just how dirty and grimy all the walls were. Overall the vibe of the room was that it should have had a makeover about 10 years ago. Then housekeeping would stop by during the day and provide clean towels etc, but not once in 20days did I get some fresh bedding/sheets. The only positive about this place was the nice pool area, which also looked to include a bar/Cafe but that turned out to be obsolete, so wasn't in use any more. There is a kitchen for guests to use, but doesnt include and cutlery, plates, bowls etc, so you can cook stuff but then have nothing to eat it with. Its a shame because this place could be so much nicer.

Easy check in, pleasant room, walking distance to restaurants, great for an in transit stay

It is an old building, so you may hear the others. The location is good, you can walk to the main road and city center. Just stayed one night, it was closeby the airport.

We enjoyed our stay it was in a great location , clean with clean towels everyday.

very bad internet , slow and unstable . cosy ,cheap , room not cleaned over 3 days

The room was disappointing, exceptionally small, with parking facilities at a distance from the room. While we were provided with a ground floor room due to mobility issues, the long walk between parking spot and room negated the ground floor location. Although the room was designed to sleep up to three people, (one double, one single) it contained only one chair. The microwave and jug shared one power point, so both could not be used simultaneously, and the bathroom was also exceptionally small. Ok for one night, but I would not want to stay there for a longer period. I will not be booking that location again.

Though a late check in request had been sent and acknowledged, if not a local traveler helped me out, I'd probably not able to check in. I arrived at the venue 00:05 and all office people were gone and there is only a phone number for me to call and I do not have any mobile network to make call.. Why not sent note via email in advance.

Very good hotel for the price. Great location close to everything and the airport. Very clean, lots of coffee tea milk supplied. The only complaint I have is there was no water coming out of she shower

We stay one night for connection It's hostel not too much to accept.

Did not make up room during my stay of 3 nights. Communal shower with nowhere to put soap etc. Only on floor. Room had a strange smell.
