Loved Tropic Towers! Location a little out of the ways if you don't drive, but amenities and space was amazing👍🏼

Cannot fault this place. Amazing friendly staff, clean tidy apar**ents, good value for money!! We have really enjoyed our stay and will stay here if we ever come to Cairns again. To the staff here you are all amazing!

Very nice accomodation, property is well looked after. Would have given 5 ⭐️ stars, just disappointed the Wifi internet is poor and doesn’t work. Management yet to upgrade the system. Overall good location and nearby amenities.

The apar**ent is on a busy road at an intersection. There is constant noise. The staff are friendly and gave helpful advice of the area and attractions of Cairns. The apar**ent was as discribed and suited our needs. For us we found the bed a little hard.

We booked in here for a week stay. Weren't expecting too much, as we had previous bad experiences with hotels in Cairns, which we found to be hit or miss. We arrived early to find reception doors locked, in the middle of the day. Later told that doors are always locked for security. Upon admittance we were placed on the fourth floor, western side. Luckily the place has an elevator. No lugging suitcases up and down stairs! Got to our room and opened the door. WOW. A proper suite, with ocean views even! Kitchenette with microwave, big fridge and dishwasher (tablets supplied). Hotplate and oven. Separate living room with balcony access, separate bedroom with a big bed and access to the balcony. Bathroom with a tub and washer and dryer (free to use, but BYO washing powder). The whole suite was clean and tidy. Serviced daily. Air-con worked a treat and had ceiling fans. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, good local knowledge. Cleaning and maintenance staff likewise very friendly, always smiling. Pool was a good size, clean and well maintained with plentiful furniture to use and a free electric BBQ in the securely gated pool area. The location is a bit far from the CBD and the closest eating establishment is Dunwoodys Hotel. We were told the area can be a bit confronting, but while we witnessed some unruly and anti-social behaviour, no-one ever troubled us personally, even when walking at night. We definitely recommend this hotel, as long as you are prepared to walk or have your own transport. We will be back.

We had everything we wanted, and it was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated getting clean towels each day, though you need to take your own shampoo. The traffic was a bit noisy as we were near a main road, and as we didn't have a car it was a little inconvenient not having any supermarkets within walking distance. However the bus was very close and we were able to go into Cairns shops quite easily. We had good service from reception when we ordered a shuttle, and when we were late getting in when we first arrived.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I was given a verbal orientation to the complex with all the information I would need to know. Room had everything required for a stay - full kitchen with many accessories, full laundry. Even though I had one of the smaller rooms, it would have been more than adequate if I was travelling with another person.

Our family loved this clean and comfortable apar**ent. The managers were always welcoming and went out of their way to help. The accommodation isn’t in the city centre, however this wasn't an issue for us, as it's a short bus ride away. We highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable apar**ent. Well equipped with kitchen & laundry facilities and excellent air conditioning in living area & both bedrooms as well as overhead fans. Nice pool and parking available on site. 4km walk from centre of Cairns, so not super convenient without transport, rooms facing main road very noisy so ask for other side of property. Main bedroom of apar**ent 327 faced road, second bedroom was at back & quiet.
