Vry good. Staff friendly especially the guest relationships lady from Europe. Staff is very friendly also. They provide free breakfast buffet and coffee everyday. The view from roof top is the best. Room balcony is dusty need to improve on that. Beside this. 5/5 Don't expect hotel services as this is only a Guesthouse. For a Guesthouse standard I can say this is good..

We traveled to this place with our infant with the only expectation of getting a pyramids view and considering the heat, flexibility to be very close to the pyramids at Giza. The location is one of the best in the vicinity, and gives a direct view of the Sphinx. We were welcomed by warm staff (Duniya) and greeted to the terrace wherein the pyramids and the sphinx were lit at night. It was a dusty evening, but the overall atmosphere was great. The incident that has set this stay apart from the others was a personal episode. The next day we chose to visit the major locations of Cairo side like the NMEC and Khan-al-Khalili, and some shopping. En route, my wife lost her phone and we were extremely stressed out in the evening, with all her contacts and memories on the phone. This is the instance when the hospitality of the hotel came into picture. Nearly everyone on the reception staff was aware of the situation, and they started going out of their way to help her. Be it calling the taxi at night and asking (more like instructing) to do whatever it takes to find the phone, to go at each and every place in Cairo and Giza we had been. Language is a constraint, and at each and every instant we wanted a person of trust to translate Arabic to English for us, and in addition, to provide guidance. Ashour at the reception constantly kept calling on my phone to ask updates. They even arranged for a late breakfast for us. To cut the story, we did FIND the phone and there was a happy story in the end. I have to place emphasis on the fact, that Cairo and Egypt functions on a different set of principles that involves a lot of over selling. If we can separate that emotion, and trust on such people who are really willing to help (they still might want to sell you a package ;)), sets the experience apart. They even treated our young kid with a friendship band. The restaurant food quality could be improved, but please remember, first and foremost its a tourist place with a very high footfall. I would like to visit Cairo again, and without a beat stay at this place. Thanks Duniya and Ashour for us to make our stay a very memorable one.

回埃及過暑假，選了這家高分民宿旅館，每個角落都是滿滿的古埃及元素。 總體複合期待，很推薦。地段在斯芬克斯售票處（吉薩金字塔景區有兩個售票處）。旁邊有紀念品店，kfc,pizza hut 還有家埃及菜老店Abu shakra（沒記錯的話）。 建議訂金字塔景陽台房，體驗很棒，房間不大，但是在埃及算很乾凈了。適合兩人住，三人會擠，或者訂更大的房型。 早餐就不要期待了， 能吃的衹有煎蛋，煮蛋 牛奶，酸奶，玉米片。我們自備的牛奶放心些。 前台，服務人員都不錯，很有幫助。 建議下載滴滴國際版，從景點到景點英文輸入，現金支付。為防止司機聯繫不到你而取消訂單，下單后可以在自動匹配的消息框中告訴司機你在等待了。

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 6 notti con mezza pensione io, mio marito e mia figlia di 9 anni. Già da subito l'hotel e Tamer, che ci ha accolto (l'unico che parla italiano e inglese), ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Per quello che può offrire questa città l'hotel è abbastanza sopra la media. Buon cibo, pulizia e confort in generale all'interno dell'hotel. La zona è quello che è, molto povera e sporca, ma com'è d'altronde tutto il resto della città e di queste zone... Ma una volta dentro l'hotel è tutto ok per quanto riguarda pulizia e altri servizi. Wi fi gratuito. Saletta ristorante e una bellissima terrazza vista piramidi dove bere thè, fare colazione o cena. Il personale tutto cordialissimo e sempre disponibile. Organizzano anche gite ovunque sempre con guida e autista, anche se sono un po' più care rispetto a quelle trovate su TripAdvisor. Nel complesso il prezzo dell'hotel invece è stato molto buono considerando anche la mezza pensione. Se dovessi tornare al Cairo ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie a tutti voi ☺️

The only star this property deserves is for its location and view. The rooms are extremely unclean and dingy. We even had so much junk with dust kept in our kitchen. But this seems clean when you look at the owners rooms at the same property. The airport transfer is not free or cheap by any means considering how inexpensive Ubers are here. We were provided stale food for our first dinner. Easily the worst meal we had on this trip and thankfully the ONLY one at this property. We were charged three times too for this by saying it was prepared in house, but you could see the take out containers in which it arrived. Even our fine dine meals were cheaper than this. The breakfast was always cold and we had to skip it for the last 2 days. We didn't plan much for our tours and relied on the owner to provide them at a good price based on the reviews. But we ended up paying close to $400 😢 for our first 7 hour trip to Giza, Saqqara, Memphis and Dahshur. And that too we had to insist that Dahshur be added to this trip since it was WAY overpriced. Even the guide that the owner recommended (Moses) kept lying all day to us to just make us do things so he could earn a little commisaion everywhere. His knowledge was very good, but intentions were bad. I kept messaging the owner before the trip to provide us costs but he kept saying he was busy. And then at the property he tells us that the last minute rates are always high. Also lied to us saying that last minute ticket prices are high when there was no such thing. We decided to just plan the remainder of the trip on our own at much better prices and experience. All in all there are many many other places, even in the vicinity, that I would rather stay and eat at rather than this place.

We had a simply amazing three stay from February 10-13th at Pyramid Valley boutique hotel. It was our Wedding Anniversary and my husband, Lawrence, and I arrived to find really welcoming reception staff and the most delicious celebratory chocolate cake waiting for us in our room. Our room was perfect with views to die for overlooking the Sphynx and the Pyramids. We just sat on the balcony for an hour taking in the view. The room was well equipped with kettle, coffee, tea, very comfortable bed and a decent shower with plenty of hot water. The restaurant was on the roof with show stopping vies of the pyramids and perfect for watching the sound and light show. The menu was varied and very good. There were welcome heaters and blankets for the desert evenings and we sat there for hours. It was easy to arrange transport to different archaeological sites and the costs were very reasonable. The staff really went out of their way to help us and they were always cheerful and smiling. We will definitely come back and stay here again when the new Cairo museum opens this year. A big thank you to the staff for making our Wedding Anniversary so memorable.

到開羅住宿毫不猶豫就選擇了萬豪美娜宮，這裡在我的心中種草已久，這裡是蔣介石，丘吉爾，羅斯福三巨頭簽署開羅宣言的地方。當年還是蔣介石帶着宋美齡坐軍用飛機一路過來，是我們中國二戰後在世界上嶄露頭角的一站。那一張三巨頭合影的照片應該是我們每一箇中國人在歷史課本上都看到。所以毫不猶豫的選擇這家酒店。安保非常的好，每一次進酒店大門都會有警察以及警犬圍着汽車走一圈。這裏因為離金字塔很近，金字塔遊客多吳各種埃及騙子集中的地方，可是在酒店卻讓我很有安全感。這酒店規模很大啊，有漂亮的花園，美麗的泳池，在早餐廳可以正對着金字塔。早餐的選擇也非常多，可是這裏的阿拉伯食物確實不是我們吃的慣的。 可是這裏的美景，無論是日出還是那美麗的火燒雲日落，太讓人着迷，服務更是非常的好，每天都打掃的非常的乾淨啊，雖然説傢俱比較舊，可是無論是建築還是陳沒，卻是一切的那麼的有味道。
