I stayed at this hotel for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The reception team was great, especially Mido who was very professional. Mostafa also went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean and nicely renovated, providing a comfortable environment. The food in the restaurants was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the Ramadan atmosphere. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I first contacted them after getting off the plane and was immediately impressed by the quality of their rooms. The security measures put in place gave me peace of mind during my stay.
