Clean hotel and very helpful stuff, specially the housekeeping stuff the rooms are very clean and the Wi-Fi speed is amazing the hotel as free coffee and tea in the rooms. Also the bathrooms are very clean the restaurant has very good food and the reception is very helpful they helped me with everything I need Ps the hot water is amazing I would definitely recommend the hotel to all guest

General impression - a normal place to stay for a few nights. Perfect location nearby Egyptian Museum and the Sadat subway station. But this causes a very noisy surrounding: honking cars move just beneath the windows all day long. Helpful staff. A very nice cafe La Poire accessible without leaving the building. Good breakfast, a lot of options changing daily. Coffee could have been better though. The room was cleaned (I moved two beds together and found no dust underneath), but it's quite weary. The window lock didn't work, the fridge was loud. Black mold in the shower was upsetting, too. No iron nor ironing board in the room, but ironing service available at a reasonable price about 50 EGP per piece.

We had a lovely stay at the Pearl. Very courteous and attentive staff. The jewel is the attached restaurant, VIA 82, good food, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Prices were very affordable and everything was kept very tidy.

二階のロ−ビ受付までエレベーターなし、重い荷物階段で持ち上がる。コンパクトで、トイレやシャワー室に身動ができないぐらい。ナイロ川に近い都心と言えますが、シャター通り、夕食探す苦労しました。

The location of the hotel was good – it’s in the embassy area and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in a family room at the top floor – 12F. There were two elevators and they only went up to the 11 floor which means it required walking up or down the staircase. There was a nice gym on our floor. The room was spacious with four beds, one bathroom and a balcony overlooking the city and River Nile. The internet was relatively fast with some minor disruption. During the summer month, there was scheduled electricity outage from 8-9pm. For this hotel, their electricity outage time was during 6-7pm, and there was backup power to provide electricity without air-conditioning in the room. While the area was in darkness from 8-9pm, we can enjoy the air conditioning staying in our own room. The service here was an issue. We stayed there for 2 nights and the staff forgot the housekeeping of our room. In the evening of the first night of our stay, I went to the reception to ask to have a hairdryer, and I was told it will be delivered immediately. 15 minutes passed and I called the reception, he said the hairdryer was on its way. Another 15 minutes passed, and we decided to give up and called the reception telling him that we were going to bed. Next day before we left the hotel, I asked the staff at reception to send a hairdryer to our room. When we came back, we found that there’s no housekeeping done and no hairdryer. The infrastructure of the hotel was better than its sister hotel next door, but the staff and service of the President Hotel next door was much nicer and better. The mattress of the double bed was old and we had to sleep on the side of the bed dropping in the middle part which was uncomfortable.
