Extremely disappointing experience. This was one of the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in. The administrator was very arrogant and unprofessional. Upon arrival, I even had to wait for him to finish smoking at the entrance before he would assist me. There was no Wi-Fi available in the bungalow area, despite expectations, and there was no air conditioning, making the stay very uncomfortable. During the entire week of my stay, not a single cleaner came to clean the room, change the bed linen, replace towels, or restock toilet paper. There was also no shower gel, shampoo, or other basic toiletries provided. At night, the room was full of cockroaches and ants, which made it difficult to sleep and completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. Beda are bad condition- when you sleep- the mattresse moves and falls(if you are a couple - not conviniant at all). No sound isolation also. Even the wind moves the windows through. The location is also a major problem. Everything is very far away, and the property is situated on a steep hill. If you are elderly, have mobility issues, or simply do not enjoy long uphill walks, I strongly advise against staying here. It takes approximately 25–30 minutes of uphill walking to reach the accommodation. Even the nearest shop requires walking down and back up the hill. Overall, the property is neglected, poorly maintained, and far below acceptable standards. I am extremely disappointed with my stay and would never return. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely holiday on a budget loved every moment

Loved the size of the cottage. Lots of pools but wish they were heated! 🤣 Plenty of shops on site, clubs and pubs and lots of lovely walks in town. Great beaches and scenery 💗

Unlike other resorts, this one doesn't have a kitchen. It's renovated, but very shabby. It's impossible to sleep with all the parties going on. The food is greasy, run-of-the-mill fried stuff. There's no control over noise for guests trying to rest; too many low-budget foreign tourists. The furniture is tiny, and the renovation is done in poor taste with low quality and shoddy finishes. It's not worth it.

I was self catering and the kitchen in accommodation was fantastic. Microwave, full oven and 2 ring hob. Basic accommodation as expected but very clean. Plenty of towels and 5 English channels on television.

We have been coming here for the last 10 years now and we like it very much here it is easy to get to and from the airport and to and from shops and restaurant. With also the beach only a 10 to 15 minutes walk away. But the rooms do need to be update and would pay that little bit more if needed

It depends on the area you're assigned to, some rooms are better equipped, but overall they are good and worth the price. The service is excellent.

Great stay for a cheap place and close by the pool if you’re looking for something local to everywhere, bars, town, beach

The receptionist was very arrogant, and the service was terrible. The pillows were so thin, and we even found cockroaches. To top it all off, there's no Wi-Fi.

Staff always pleasant, professional, helpful and do their best to assist. Budget friendly but don't expect 5 star when it's just very basic. Ideal for a basic, no frills holiday that is outside of the main tmbars and restaurants. Quiet but it is up a hill so taxi required if mobility issues.
