Absolutely disgraceful accommodation. I have travelled the world and dealt with the odd cockroach and brushed it off. This apartment had an INFESTATION. Hundreds behind the fridge when i wondered where they were all coming from and went on the hunt. After returning home after an evening meal we found the sink full of various sized cockroaches, I think scanned the room and could count at least 50 throughout the whole property. When this issue was brought up with the "staff" they said " we can't deal with it now, come back in the morning". I am disgusted and offended that they would even consider offering out such an apartment. Heaven forbid you should need a new towel or have your room "cleaned". Amazing location - STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Unless you want 100 extra room mates.

The complex was good but there was a neighbour in the next bungalow she stayed there for 4 months of the year but she was horrible person that complained about everything we had the music channel on low while we was sat on our terrace and we face timed out 14 month old granddaughter who got excited because she had seen us and we was excited to see her so we might have been a bit giddy. We spoke to lots of people in fuertevenura who had had the same experience she was a horrible lady who thought she owned the complex and the staff let her. Also the bedrooms are not brilliant we had two single beds which I understand but they didn't stay together so me and my husband were squashed onto a single bed all week. Never had this problem where we have stayed all over the world. Other than that the bungalows were amazing apart from some money going missing granted this was only about £4.30 English coins but it disappeared. I would stay here again as long as they stop renting the bungalow to the horrible English woman that causes trouble

Never again. Old, and very dirty. I had to go to reception and get them to clean and fumigate the room. I was offered another room but refused for personal reasons. I never slept in the bed as cockroaches were coming out from the wardrobe, I sat up most nights dozing on the sofa.Not once did I cook in the self catering bungalow due to the greasy dirty kitchen area . The bathroom was equally dirty and crawling with ants. I tried to book another hotel/apartment in the surrounding area but there was little availability due to some places closed or people being moved due to roadworks

Great place for a cheap break. The bungalow was clean and we had enough equipment to eat breakfast each day on the patio in the sun. Lovely big pool and super quiet location. All of the bars and restaurants are nearby as is the beach. We would come back again.

Visited for a week in November, bungalows are spacious. The kitchen area has a two ring hob, microwave and fridge freezer plus frying pan and one saucepan, along with cutlery, crockery and glasses. It would benefit from a toaster. There is a separate bedroom with twin beds, that were comfy and extra blankets if needed in the wardrobe, a safe which you cost €10 for the week with €5 on key return. The bathroom has an shower over the bath which was adequate. Includes a hairdryer. The living area has a futon that can be pulled out to use as an extra bed. A small terrace at the front which has a small table and chairs and one sunbed. At the rear there was line to dry clothes. There us no air con but you can hire a fan for €20 refundable deposit. Towels are supplied and change twice during our stay. The rooms would benefit from a lick of paint and our bungalow 355 had mismatched kitchen cupboards. The pool area is adequate with sunbeds that need a revamp. There is also an area above reception with sunbeds. We only used the on site bar once and had a pizza which was only €6. There are drinks and snack machines near reception and are reasonably priced. We only paid €400 for two people for a week, so the priced accordingly.

Nice apartments, great location, clean pool, friendly staff. Some of the reviews had me worried but rest assured this place is fine. It is 2 star and a bit tired but I had no problem with that. It was clean, staff were very good. On arrival I discovered we had no toilet seat. This was fixed within 5 minutes of reporting it to reception. I would stay here again if I return to Caleta. Easy short walk to shops and bars/restraunts.
