Hotel berhampiran Rundle CTrain Station, Calgary

Renovated facility that offered a pleasant surprise. We spent the night there prior to flying out of YCC. They offered to keep our vehicle there for the week that we were gone for at a very reasonable rate and provide shuttle service to the airport in the early am for our departure. Staff went above and beyond when the shuttle was not available and had a prepaid cab ready waiting to take us to the airport that morning. On our return late at night a similar situation at the airport were the shuttle wasn’t available a cab was provided to take us back to the hotel late at night. They provided a wonderful full meal breakfast voucher in their restaurant so we left in the morning happy on a full stomach. Can’t say enough good things about the front counter staff. Will be there again soon.

they didnt provide us a receipt which is unusual cause they said we booked on trip.com where we can get the receipt which i booked several times to a different hotel using 3rd party but stil they provide receipt

Good stay, we stayed for one night in the double queen bed room. It was comfortable

First of all location is decent, it is near Sunridge mall, with restaurants close by. Stayed here for 2 nights. First impression is everything. First thing we noticed was building didn’t look like it’s in good shape, and dented trash can in the lobby. Behind the front desk were un friendly staffs during the entire stay. In fact their impression did not even look like they were staffs. They would tell you the bare minimum at check in. At check out a robot could of done a better job. 2nd day at 9am we asked for more towels, as they only provided towels for 2, even though we had 4 guests. Without asking for our room number was told housekeeping would make their rounds. However we received an email prior to check in there’s no daily housekeeping. If we require towels to request by 10am the day of. Which we did, but was told we are incorrect. So who’s telling the truth? Or again is front desk staff being lazy? Also don’t bother with the Marriott app, the staffs at this place does not check the messages. They do have a fitness centre, pool, whirlpool on site. We did see several dead bugs in the pool, so pretend it’s an “outdoor” pool. Only had 1 pool towel left for the 4 of us, again called front desk, apparently the “nice” gentleman says its not their responsibility to stock pool towels. What is this hotel and their towels? Another nice amenities is they do have, coin operated washer/dryer located in the parkade level. I’m glad we didn’t have to use it. Imagine asking the front desk for change? They will probably blame their guests for not carrying change in a society where’s it’s mostly cashless. The room is clean. They did place a bottle of water in the room which is a nice touch by the hotel. House Keeping staffs were very friendly. Good job housekeeping crew! However I can’t tell if the room we were in are renovated or not. Some of the furniture looks updated but some weren’t, the mattress was uncomfortable. The bathroom is clean, sink is updated, however the Bath tub and towel looks old. The black out blinds are good. Bottomline housekeeping did a wonderful job, however designer did a horrible job. One elevator was not working during our entire stay, so only one elevator to serve the entire hotel. Again NEVER mentioned at time of check in. If we didn’t have toddlers and stayed on the 6th floor, would of been faster to take the stairs. Breakfast was included in our rate, for guests who’s rate does not include breakfast, It does cost $15.99 per person Buffet style. I wouldn’t recommend paying for it, as the spread was horrible. Also day of check out, we saw dead bugs on the fruit tray. Upon brining it to their attention they brushed it off at first, eventually replace it with a new plate.but bad for guests who’s looking for that extra protein. Untuk harga hotel ini, saya sangat kagum, kerana saya pernah menginap di hotel 5 bintang yang tidak mendekati standard kebersihan atau perkhidmatan hotel ini! Saya benar-benar menikmati penginapan saya di sini dan apabila saya kembali ke Calgary ini akan menjadi tempat yang saya kembali ke sana, jangan lupa :) Ia bukan baru tetapi ia sangat bersih, kakitangannya sangat sopan dan cekap, dan lokasinya hebat kerana ia adalah hanya beberapa langkah ke pelbagai pilihan makanan serta kereta api LRT yang akan membawa anda melalui kebanyakan Calgary. Sangat sangat mengesyorkan dan akan memberitahu orang lain yang saya tahu, jika mereka pernah merancang untuk melawat Calgary untuk menginap di Riviera! Saya faham mengapa hotel ini nampaknya sentiasa 100% ditempah :)

Stay was fine, close to the airport and a decent price

The Hotel is about 10 minutes from the Hotel, Close enough to take a walk and pick up some fast food. They have a famous restaurant that is located a 5 minute walk from the hotel called Jollibee's. Amazing chicken, The staff is very friendly and has everything you need in your stay. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, coffee maker and a number of bathroom amenities. The pool is warm and the jacuzzi is hot. A great way to relax your body. Only a ten minute drive from the airport to the hotel and a 5 minute drive to stores and shops I definitely would stay at this Hotel agian.

Our flight departing Calgary was cancelled for 24 hours so we were put up in this hotel by the airline. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, special shout out to Stacey in the lounge who worked so hard to make sure everyone whose flight was cancelled was fed and full of drinks! Also special shout out to the chef that night, he was alone and still managed to get all the delicious food out in a timely manner! These two really stepped up and made our rather gloomy stay much more enjoyable! The rooms were clean and comfortable, big soft pillows on the beds and you could control your own room temperature. The front desk staff also accommodated a late check out for us as we had so much time to waste the next day. Thank you to the staff, you’ve really worked hard to turn our trip around!

Das Element Calgary Airport ist recht frisch renoviert und sieht dadurch sehr gepflegt aus. Wir waren mit meinen Schwiegereltern unterwegs und haben in dem Hotel 2. Nächte verbracht bevor es zum Flughafen ging. Beide Zimmer waren zwar anders geschnitten, jedoch sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet. Man hat eine vollwertige kleine Küche verbaut wo man sich auch selber verpflegen kann wenn man will. Das Frühstück war recht reichhaltig und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Parken kann man kostenlos in der Hauseigenen Tiefgarage. Zu unserer Zeit war der Pool erreich geschlossen, wir konnten aber mal einen Blick werfen und das sah auch alles sehr ordentlich aus. Zum Flughafen oder ins Zentrum von Calgary fährt man mit dem Auto gute 15 min bei wenig Verkehr.
