Hotel Calgary dengan Spa

The pool at Hotel Arts was lovely—we were on a staycation, and the pool really made us feel like we were on a tropical holiday. The rooms and the service were also everything you would want out of a hotel, with a location to boot. Great experience all around.

Bilik yang tersusun menghadap landasan kereta api, kalis bunyi tidak begitu baik, bilik agak besar, tetapi terdapat 4 kipas ekzos besar di dalam bilik, rasa tidak selesa sangat...agak pelik...berbanding dengan yang saya tinggal di Victoria Fairmont Empress merasakan barang-barang yang digunakan di kedai ini terlalu lama, tualanya agak lama, jubah mandi renyuk, dan tekstur kertas tandasnya memang tiada tandingannya dengan Victoria Empress...tandas Empress. kertas adalah logo jenama tersuai, sangat Ia mempunyai tekstur, tetapi Lobi ini masih cantik. Kalau dapat markah penuh 5, rasanya 3.5.

就在客運大樓裏面，出酒店門直接值機，非常適合要過夜和一早起飛的航班。 房間中規中矩，乾淨整潔，適合商務出差。在房間就可以看到卡爾加里機場飛機起降。 酒店大堂有酒吧和餐館。 唯一缺點是廁所的推拉門正對着床。

為了帶孩子參加酒店舉辦的聖誕派對，訂了兩天這樣下樓就直接是派對現場。怎麼説呢，算是市中心性價比好一些的吧，地理位置挺好的，周圍ctrain，酒吧街什麼的步行就到，room service也挺好的，食物的選擇性和品質都不錯。嬰兒床也是playpen；房間偏小，洗手池的水不太好調節温度，洗澡水OK；床品是加拿大酒店的通病，非常不喜歡兩個床單夾着被子，但好像這邊都是這樣；停車每天收費$35也挺誇張的。

Great stay in downtown. Hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and other attractions. Breakfast was good.

Amazing service, great room and great location would definitely recommend for anyone. One of the best in downtown Calgary.

We were on our way to Mexico and had to overnight in Calgary. Hotel had free shuttle and it was available all day on the hour. Our room was quiet and the staff excellent. Our stay was short but we were treated like our business was appreciated. They let us know our room was ready by email. It has an on site restuarant with other options near by.

We stayed at the Grey Eagle Resort hotel for the DreamSonic 2023 event on July 18, 2023. The staff of the hotel was amazing, especially Francis and Stevie. When we checked in early, Stevie and Francis worked hard to try to get us checked in asap. They are so friendly, nice and professional! When we were waiting at the lobby, Stevie checked in with us and offered us free lemonade water and chocolate cookies. Stevie and Francis made us feel at home. The room was also great! The mattress was so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there so much because of the high-quality customer service and professionalism Francis and Stevie provided and showed. We are definitely want to come back to the Grey Eagle Hotel next time in town!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Man bekommt hier alles was man benötigt um eine schöne Zeit zu haben. Man ist schnell in der Stadt und es gibt auch fußläufig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war gut und sauber. Der Service war toll und das Frühstück war ausreichend.

We are in Calgary every couple of months to see my sister's family. They have moved around so this was only the second time staying in the Seton area. A couple months earlier we stayed at the adjoining hotel (Courtyard) with no issues. This time how my folks were with us we decided to get a 2 bedroom suite at the Residence inn. They stayed there last time with no issues and loved it. I went to check in as everyone else grab the luggage and went to park. At first the man at the front counter was very nice and friendly. Then he asked for a vaccine passport which I did not have. His attitude changed towards me very fast. He just kept asking for it like it I was joking. I tried to nicely explain to him I didn't know I needed one to stay at this hotel. When I booked a month earlier there must have been no restrictions. He then continued to be rude about it. So I went and got my dad the only person in our room how was fully vaccinated. He then allowed my dad to check us all in. He then made it very clear that all 4 room keys would not work on the pool or anything else in the hotel and that my dad would have to suffer because of the rest of our decision. he made it very clear we were allowed to walk through the lobby wait for the elevator go to a room and exit the same. That is it!!! My dad was allowed to go great breakfast every morning but that was it. If you are going to have restrictions maybe you should call your our of province guests to let them know the rules. Honestly, we did not feel welcome the whole time from this hotel and we didn't want to sit in the lobby or go to the gym or pool. We were there for 6 days to see my sister's family. Thats it! From talking to my sister and checking government of Calgary's website (at the time) there was no mandate for hotels. On day 2 or 3 we started to notice signs were being put up about its the hotels choice to if they want unvaccinated guests and this hotel was asking for the passport or a PCR test. My lovely sister dropped off a welcome basket to be taken to the room hours before we arrived but they didn't bother. So we picked it up from the front desk. We went straight to our room, it was very nice a little tight and now many places for luggage but we made it work. There was a small kitchen but did have a fully fridge, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and all the dishes you will need as well as a table for 4. The kitchen could use more lighting. There is a small living room with tv but no desk (we asked this before booking how my spouse needed to work), one large bathroom at the entrance, 2 small but good enough size bedrooms one with an ensuite. Both rooms had tvs. One room had a closet so you could keep the luggage in it. But neither room had a dresser or real places to unpack. So the small room had to leave their suitcases in the living room. The room was very clean and the bathrooms had Paul Mitchell products. AC was not working.
