We stayed in this place for one and a half year during the pandemic and we are very thankful that we chose to spend our time here. We had an excellent stay because they have the best service and friendly stuff that we are so thankful for in helping us in our every need. And most importantly, it is located in a safe neighborhood and environment. And again, thank you very much for taking care of us and made our stay comfortable and making our experience unforgettable.

This is my first time staying outside my home country (Philippines) for a long time because of work. I started moving here mid February 2020. I can say that their staff are very polite and helpful all the time. They always make me feel at home and also comfortable. Habita is a very good place for a long term stay as it is well maintained and having beautiful surroundings. I will definitely miss my apartment as it is my home for more than a year. Thank you Habita for such a wonderful place to live in and for being attentive at all times. I recommend this place, no doubt.

Beautiful experience in Cali, came to stay at least a month for a work reason. Everything is what required for a good time, the team makes everything that everyone feels comfortable! Amazing pool, specially for night swimming. Basic gym. Air conditioning Laundry as per your choice
