Ulasan Astrotel Monumento

Semua kakitangannya bagus tetapi jika anda memesan kopi / air, ia akan memakan masa yang lama dan lama sehingga lama sehingga anda akan menyedari bahawa ia tidak akan datang lagi, kali ketiga saya tinggal di hotel ini semuanya bagus kecuali membuat pesanan

Just good for its price. My concerns are mostly for cleanliness of the hotel esp rooms, there were lil cockroaches, pillows also and the toilet is not so clean

It's so nice to stay just like beforebim comfortable and happy

Room i got like an oven! cleanliness is worst

No parking for for wheels. The lobby or entrance smells like smoke and the ambiance is very cheap. Looks like a place for *************************

Stayed here because of board exam. Location-wise, it is good as it is surrounded with malls, drug stores, etc that are very convenient for us. The place is clean, but the service is not quite good. We tried raising the issue on the remote thru call and personal, and the staff kept saying they'll assist us and fix it but until our checkout time, no one really came. We stayed there for 4 days fyi.

The hotel was not really clean. There is also a towel left by the previous guest that was not taken away

I booked VIP room but the room provided was far from my expectation. No remote control for the TV, shower is not working and no slippers available on the room. I called front desk and took them at least 3 and a half hours to rectify everything of course with 3 follow up calls. absolutely dissatisfied with the service and experience.

The aircon has no consistency working. It will turn into fan mode every 2 hours hence the room is not that cold as how it should be.

Tv is broken, Need to improve facilities. Lobby smell like Urine.

This hotel is near to amenties where you can get what you require. The room is alright .

Most of the sockets are not working and the light color doesn't have an option to change it.

wala akong masabi kung di need to improve your hotel (monumento)!
