Just good for its price. My concerns are mostly for cleanliness of the hotel esp rooms, there were lil cockroaches, pillows also and the toilet is not so clean

We stayed for two days, the room doesnt have internet connection we can bare with that, but water to shower and remote for the TV is missing. Cockroaches all over.

No parking for for wheels. The lobby or entrance smells like smoke and the ambiance is very cheap. Looks like a place for fornication and adultery.

Stayed here because of board exam. Location-wise, it is good as it is surrounded with malls, drug stores, etc that are very convenient for us. The place is clean, but the service is not quite good. We tried raising the issue on the remote thru call and personal, and the staff kept saying they'll assist us and fix it but until our checkout time, no one really came. We stayed there for 4 days fyi.

The hotel was not really clean. There is also a towel left by the previous guest that was not taken away

I booked VIP room but the room provided was far from my expectation. No remote control for the TV, shower is not working and no slippers available on the room. I called front desk and took them at least 3 and a half hours to rectify everything of course with 3 follow up calls. absolutely dissatisfied with the service and experience.

The aircon has no consistency working. It will turn into fan mode every 2 hours hence the room is not that cold as how it should be.
