Joanne Apartments

Arriving at 5:00 PM on a Saturday, for a two night stay I had a bit of an adventure locating the reception and car park, but once I found them, I was pleasantly surprised. The secure private parking was a definite plus, and the sea view was absolutely stunning—an added bonus to an already charming area. The unit itself was a delight: well-equipped, impeccably clean, and beautifully tidy. The bed, though on the smaller side, was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Having two bathrooms and toilets was a huge advantage and made the stay even more convenient. On the downside, most of the FOXTEL channels weren’t working, which was a bit of a letdown. Additionally, the nighttime noise from local cars did disrupt the tranquility a bit. However, the location more than made up for these minor issues. The beach, restaurants, and cafes were all within easy walking distance, making it a prime spot for exploring the local scene. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few quirks but plenty of positives to enjoy.

Authenticate 90's holiday apartment complex. Extremely well run. Well located. Sunday markets and caloundra beach were fantastic... Both within very short walking distance.

The unit was very comfortable and located directly across the street from Happy Valley Beach. Shops and places to eat very close and the boardwalk and park area along the foreshore was terrific in the afternoons.

The staff were very helpful and the accomodation clean and comfortable

We stayed on the 2nd floor in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean but could do with a major makeover. Definitely showing it's age. The bus interchange is in the same street and there is constant noise, all hours of the day and night, from buses accelerating up the hill. Location is excellent, with fabulous views. Close to the shopping ***** and Sunday markets. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by.

Awesome stay with an incredible view. The view from the kitchen and living room/balcony was stunning. The only downside was parking in the garage under the building. With a full size SUV it was a really tight fit but there was lots of free parking on the street. The managers were very helpful with directing us to the free parking spots and there was always some available.

I loved the location & the proprietors were very helpful & kind & even let me have a late checkout on my last day after I came out of Hospital. I would definately recommend Joanne's Appartments

Very clean and spacious apartment. Very surprised at the size and amenities that is provided. Has 2 pools, one heated and one normal. Bulcock Beach is directly across the road and was awesome to see the whales from the shore line. Lesley (manager) is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable on attractions and places to eat etc.

Nice….unfortunately though there was no lift. Outside lights were shining into apartment all night. Close to everything. Appreciated being able to get into room early. Overall pleasant stay. Would stay again.
