Arrived late in the hotel. Did not expect anything as we were tired and randomly booked a hotel for the night. Hotel was clean and new, employees were friendly too. Hoping they could keep the standard. Assigned room was on the 2nd floor and has no view. But nevertheless, we were there to rest. Bed and pillows were so comfy. Amenities were complete too. The only problem was the hot shower. We haven’t inform them as we were tired.

The place is close to food and business establishments. The rooms are clean and complete with amenities. The buffet breakfast has a decent selection. I will come back to this place next year for another business trip. Thank you.

I had an enjoyable time, although it was raining and very cold still i like the place, the service and the amenities. Planning to come back.

Nice gym and nice pool. Service of the staff was pretty good and cordial. However, we did not have a hot water after the brownout. We were told to wait for 30 mins. to an hour after the electricity came back. We waited 2 hours with no hot water. The shower bath tub is not safe at all. It was too high and dangerous. There’s no anti-slip and that makes it even dangerous. Another is, there’s no electrical outlet on the left side of the bed that makes it hard to charge the phone. Also, I requested a box of tissue paper and I received 2 toilet papers. I was informed they don’t provide tissue paper. Of all the hotels we stayed this is the most expensive, but can’t provide tissue paper. We’ll try UMA next time.

Good place to rest and relax. Staff are very accommodating. Clean area hotel.

From being patient with the delay of our arrival you never stopped asking us to update you of our location. Upon arrival we were welcomed with warm greetings and cold refreshments. you never failed to serve us with good food and exemplary service. The beauty of the island equates the beauty of service your resort provided us. Special thanks to Joker who made our transfers safe to and from the Guijalo port; Camille who provided all the request we asked; Lara who provided some stories of the island from the lighthouse; Juliet for the much needed massage after a long and tiring travel and Raymond for making us enjoy the island hopping, snorkeling and bonfire. It was heartwarming when you bid us goodbye from the shoreline. Thank you so much!!!

We stayed here with our friends. We used the pool to hang out which is fun but a heads up, their pool is 5ft and above. There is a kiddie pool but It would be nice if the adult pool starts at least 4ft. Considering Filipinos average height isn’t above 5ft 🙂

My work superior had decided to treat us to dining at this hotel only to find out that the food they serve is limited to nothing. The food wasn't tasty enough to crave for more and the drink was limited to two glasses of cucumber juice only. They don’t even have soda or any beverage to choose from except for coffee. We haven't spent enough time savoring the other food they serve but they cleaned up all the food available on the serving table. Other staff were not decently trained enough to mind their own business but rather had the guts to boldly stare at me and gossip with a co-worker. I know it is not common for Filipinos to mind their businesses and show respect to others but at least, they should mind their own f*cking stup*d monkey business and never mind other people. It sounds like most if not all Filipinos are barbaric, especially this millennium, young ones are disrespectful and mocker for no reason. I know this is not part of the review but I just want to share my ideas about Filipinos!
