Hotel berhampiran Jardin Botanico El Arboreto, Camas

We arrived during a rain storm and could not access the parking space in front of the hotel as there were two busses and a police van occupying the space. We later learned that the busses belonged to an Italian soccer team that was staying at the hotel and that was given priority over all other, less important, guests. Since we could not stop in front of the hotel and had no idea where to go, we were forced to drive around the block in heavy rain and traffic. We eventually found our way to the enormous underground parking garage, which serves as the parking garage for a mall, offices, conference center and the hotel. The garage was poorly marked and we could not find the the right elevator/exit for the hotel. After exiting at the wrong place and getting soaked from the rain, we eventually found the entrance to the hotel, which was on the opposite side. A porter was sent to accompany us back to the parking garage to show us the way. The porter told us that this is an everyday occurrence when guests get lost in the parking garage or take the wrong elevators due to poor signage. When we expressed our grievances to the reception staff, they argued and told us that there were signs. Later that night, we called the reception desk asking for two wine glasses and a cork screw since there were none in the room. The receptionist informed us that it will be an extra charge to bring wine glasses and a cork screw to our room, but that we could get them from the restaurant on the 35th floor if we went to pick them up. My husband asked whether he had to bring the bottle to the restaurant to open and the receptionist said that was not necessary. When my husband went up to the restaurant and asked for the cork screw, they told him they could not give it to him as it was very expensive and they needed it. As a result, my husband had to return to the room and bring the wine bottle to the restaurant. Prior to our arrival, my husband sent an email to the hotel requesting certain information, but did not receive a response. When we asked the reception staff why there was no response to our email, they told us that we sent it to an email box that does not go to them. The next day it became clear to us that they had full access to the mail box since they asked us if we were still interested in the booking we requested in our email. In addition to the poor service, the room decor and furniture looked cheap and the shower and WC were very small. Although we booked the hotel for two nights, we decided to leave the next day. Upon departure, we called for help with our luggage, but there was no answer so we did not get any help. This is the worst five star hotel experience we ever had and the first and last time we will ever stay at a Eurostar hotel.

Ia bersambung dengan Stadium Olimpik Seville. Persekitaran sekeliling memberi anda gambaran seperti berada di tengah-tengah tempat. Terdapat terlalu banyak jalan berlubang di tempat letak kereta. Sebaik sahaja anda tiba di hotel, ia akan meninggalkan kesan buruk. Hakikatnya ialah kemudahannya agak Nice semuanya sangat betul, sangat luas, bilik bersih, perhatian kakitangan sangat betul, sarapan yang disediakan sangat baik, ia adalah perkara yang sangat penting bagi saya, jus oren adalah semula jadi.

This was a little new to us, after booking online we got some pass codes that allowed entry to the building then to key box for apartment. There are no staff although there is an intercom to call staff if required. The apartment was clean and well equipped,the views are nothing special but we wasn’t there for views. It was our touring base. The only noise we heard was people in next apartment moving tables /beds ,sound carried. I think overall the passcode system worked and could well be the future of economy apartments. We would use again when in the area.

Estuvimos alojados cinco días en el apartamento. Súper confortable y limpio con excelente ubicación. Natividad y Rosario, lo más!!! Como crítica constructiva, debería haber personal en la recepción las 24 hs, tienen un número a quien contactar por si surge algún inconveniente, pero no es igual si hubiese siempre alguien a quien recurrir, se nos presentó un inconveniente una noche tarde y tuvimos que molestar con mensaje porque en la recepción no había nadie, como también al hacer chekin deberían explicar lo del estacionamiento, tiene descuento al estar alojados pero al no haberlo sabido de entrada no tuvimos el papel para el sellado que necesitábamos. Lo demás, SÚPER!!! Volveríamos!

Bed was comfy but the cleanliness was not amazing. Breakfast was ok.

Muy buen hostel, nuevo y muy bien situado entre la zona de ocio nocturno, el centro histórico y la estación de autobuses. Muy limpio, la cama es cómoda y tiene el baño en la habitación, las recepcionistas son muy simpáticas. Lo recomiendo

We had a very nice stay at the NH Seville, staff were friendly and helpful, check in and out process was quick and easy. Lobby area very nice, rooms were clean and spacious as was the bathroom and the beds were comfy and gave a great sleep. Gym was ok for a hotel and gave a good workout. Didn't go up to the rooftop pool, as it doesn't open until 11am, so no morning dip. Location was good and within a short walk to the city centre.

The hotel knows what the travellers need, to name a few, ideal location to look around the city, essential services without redundancy, 24hour counter reception, etc. My first night could have been a nightmare due to electrical glitch, the night shift staff settled the matter by switching the room immediately. Highly recommendable.
