I believe they rent part of the property to long-term tenant. The person above our room constantly walked around his room and banged objects on the floor that was above us.

Overall we enjoyed staying at the property.
Positive: It was clean, cozy, and quiet. We were able to watch Netflix, Hulu, YouTube using the property’s account, which was very convenient. The water heater worked perfectly, and the bathtub was big and nice. The property was a short drive to town. There was coffee, cookies, and popcorn available in the common area. The microwave was useful as well! Breakfast was pretty basic, but it tasted good.
Negative: The toilet sink doesn’t drain properly, so it floods when we brush our teeth. The shower gel was empty when we checked in.

We arrived late and entered the house to find our room upstairs and the bathroom was outside in the hallway with a combination lock on it. Next to the bathroom was another tenant with the television making noise. If you got up in the night you had to put on some clothes and remember the combination to the door. They did supply an excellent breakfast!

We stayed here for our 21st wedding anniversary and enjoyed our night at this cute inn. The communication with the staff was great. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed the breakfast that was delivered to our door also. We’ll stay there again!

Welcoming bnb perfect for our stay in Cambria! We were in the Kerry room. The room is comfortable, clean and spacious. There’s a lovely fireplace in the room which was a nice treat. Great communication through texting and we enjoyed the nearby pool / hot tub. Fresh baked cookies everyday and breakfast during your stay! Delicious. Would love to stay here again! Thank you.

Loved the room little small but super cute had everything we needed. Loved the fireplace it was a nice touch we got Kerry’s room loved the view and the cookies were delicious! My husband had an allergy with his food thank you for accommodating us we appreciate it.we enjoyed the games u provided in the house. We loved it and hopefully we get to come back again!

Everything was great except for the breakfast. It was the same 3 days in a row. The breakfast is prepared off site so changes cannot be made unfortunately. All else was fantastic.

Lovely B&B with free hot drinks and cookies at check in, and nice hot breakfast delivered to the door. Fireplace was a nice surprise.

The inn was beautiful, quaint, and extremely quiet. I actually liked the minimal contact, the morning breakfast delivery, and the ability to text the innkeeper. They explained everything very well and were always quick to respond. The inn was immaculately kept and the grounds were slightly rustic and charming. I sat outside and enjoyed the aroma of the flowers and the cool ocean breeze.
There’s just two things that I would change; the toilet paper was thin and rough, and the coffeemaker in my room did not take the coffee pods that were supplied and stacked next to it. I did have to go downstairs to the common area and get my coffee.
