Ulasan Sheraton Commander Hotel

I only stayed one one night but the stay was a good as you can get. Check-in was fast and easy, the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a new digital thermostat which made adjusting the temp much more precise, which has historically been an issue for me as a business traveler. I'll definitely be back for my next trip to Cambridge.

Great location. It's a few minute walk to Harvard Square. The room is cozy and warm. Wish that there were more amenities inside the room such as an electric kettle and some more toiletries. A pair of indoor slippers would definitely be nice.

The hotel is perfect for a Citywalk; it's just a few minutes' walk to Harvard, with beautiful scenery along the way. The hotel restaurant served delicious dinners and excellent service. The room layout was a bit odd, the air conditioning was a little outdated, and the bedding was rather soft. Parking was very convenient right next to the hotel.

This is absolutely terrible! I asked for a toothbrush to be delivered at 3 AM, and they said an hour later! What awful service! They either told me to come down and get it myself, or they said an hour later, but I told them I'd taken a shower and my hair was wet, so it wasn't convenient to go downstairs. This lousy delivery person was incredibly rude and hung up on me before I could even finish speaking!

The hotel is located in the Harvard University community, just minutes from Harvard Square. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including excellent Chinese food, though be prepared to wait for a table as it's very busy. It's also incredibly close to Harvard, MIT, and the Charles River.

I really loved this hotel. The decor blended seamlessly with Harvard, and the rooms were elegant and comfortable.

The room was great, quiet, and clean. The front desk staff provided detailed information. I would definitely book again next time.

This is a very historic hotel with an excellent location, right next to Harvard University and a few hundred meters away from the Harvard campus. The rooms and beds are very British and classical in style, and the rooms are not big.

It's already a Sheraton, and overall it's pretty good. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Harvard University Park. There's a square next to it, but the breakfast is not cost-effective, 30 US dollars per person, and there's nothing to eat. If there's nothing around, I really wouldn't eat breakfast in the hotel

The location is a few hundred meters from Harvard University. The bed in the room is very good and comfortable. There is only a bottle of water, no toothbrush and slippers. The cup for brushing teeth is a disposable plastic cup. We asked the hotel for knives and forks, but they were delivered with disposable plastic knives and forks. Compared with the equipment 10 years ago, it is far worse, similar to domestic express hotels. It is worse than the Conform inn in the United States due to its special location. The price is very expensive

We have lived here since we went to Harvard. It is close to the first-year undergraduate dormitory. The spring semester has not started yet. The first-year cafeteria is closed. The breakfast in other cafeterias is not good. The children come here to eat breakfast every day.
