Cosy area in hotel. Despite location is little far from town. Everything seems very good

The swimming pool was great. Unfortunately I didn’t make it to the gym during my stay but I was grateful that it was an option. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Good location with easy transport, like a resort in city. Wonderful breakfast!

Hotel was lovely for our one nite stay. But a bit outside Cambridge. Taxi 10 - 13 pounds each way.

We stayed at Holiday Inn for 2 nights between May 30 - June 1 2023. Overall the hotel was great and we had a pleasant stay, we had planned to visit the town center and look at the history of Cambridge thus the location was important to us. It was only a short drive (5 mins) to the centre where we could go punting, shopping and to the universities, museums and gardens. We included breakfast in our stay, which I would highly recommend there was a great selection of foods and the pancake machine was a huge win for us. The only thing we were disappointed with was the fact that dressing robes and waters which are usually complimentary in other hotels we have visited, were not included in the room for free and when we asked we were told we could drink the water from the bathroom, which was not pleasant but other factors such as the fact our room was cleaned regularly and the amazing breakfast did make up for this.

20 minutes bus from Cambridge Central, the location is quiet so make you feel likes stay in a resort hotel. Receptionist in night shift was so nice and helpful. Strong wi-fi signal in room but cannot be connected unfortunately. Gym room very big and outdoor facilities also good. Swimming pool under refurbishment.

The staff was helpful in arranging the rooms and all.

Two storey hotel outside the city centre. There are no lifts so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. We took uber to and from the city centre as recommended by the hotel staff. Onsite parking is free for IHG members. Simple basic no frills hotel.

General facilities

Ground floor is very nice with nice lobby, cafe, bar and restaurant. However the bedroom is quite poor and needs updating. My bed in the executive room even lost one leg.

離市區開車三四公里，周邊比較安靜，一樓有酒吧有星巴克咖啡也有餐廳。 預訂了帶沙發床的房間，進房間時已經鋪好床了。 餐廳服務特別好，有位女士manager真的很熱情而且盡責，我們提了小孩對某些成分過敏，點菜後她幫忙再三確認菜品是否有我們過敏的成分，餐廳點main的話會送kids meal 早餐雖然品類不多但品質控的也挺好的。 房間不大，比較老但最近有新裝修，洗手間淋浴是在浴缸。

房間的面積還是蠻大的，2張1.5米的床，房間設施就像國內的快捷酒店，設施都很久，樓上的房間沒有電梯，要自己爬樓梯搬行李，早餐就是基本的吃食。

預定此酒店是因為看中酒店附帶空調，但最後空調壞了，而且不能開窗子通風。酒店只能給我一把小型風扇。今天室外也比室內涼快，近港幣1400元入住一間桑拿房間，不是失望便能形容的體驗。

很滿意，房間寬敞，乾淨整潔。工作人員也非常友好。全天24小時供應食物，可隨時點餐， 小童晚餐免費，出門果然看到了小羊🐑。
