The hotel room was excellent, very well-equipped with a functional kitchen and washing machine, and incredibly spacious. The best part was the free overnight street parking, though you need to move your car by 8 AM or purchase extra hours. For visiting Cambridge, you can use the 'park and ride' service and take a bus into the city.

Nice two rooms and good big hall tv also. Good balcony and chais. Good books collection.

Lovely comfy warm friendly place to lay your hair down while in west Cambridge. The little kitchenette has everything for light meal prep. And Sainsbury’s are 3mins walk :) The bike rental was a great bonus. Loved their attention to detail. A water dispenser/ fountain will be a great addition. Thank you for your kindness, Justin!

Cleanliness: It was very clean upon check-in, but regular cleaning is only once a week. Extra cleaning services require an additional fee, though you can request fresh towels.

I chose this hotel specifically because it had a washing machine and a kitchen, as I was dropping my child off at school and needed to help them set up their dorm room for a few days. It was a great choice! The location is convenient, right next to a Sainsbury's supermarket. There's a coffee shop nearby for breakfast, and the pizza from the adjacent pizza place is delicious. The bus stop is only about 100 meters away, with connections to the train station and the city center. Just be aware that the buses aren't very frequent, so it's a good idea to check the schedule beforehand. The hotel facilities are very new, and the room was spacious. The kitchen appliances were also fully equipped. Overall, it was a good stay.

The room is spacious and has a kitchen. The air conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted directly in the room; you have to ask the front desk to change it. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but there's a large supermarket nearby. Housekeeping only comes once a week, which isn't very reasonable.

My stay this time was absolutely delightful! The hygiene was impeccable; the room was spotless with no odd smells, and the bedding and bathroom fixtures were gleaming as if brand new. The concierge proactively helped with my luggage, and any requests were addressed very promptly, making me feel truly cared for. The facilities were also excellent: the air conditioning worked great, the internet was fast, and the bathroom had a convenient wet/dry separation. Thoughtful details like the smart toilet and mini-fridge really enhanced the quality of my stay. Overall, it was an incredibly value-for-money experience, and I highly recommend it!

It's a beautiful, modern hotel that feels more like a cool apartment. The rooms are stylish and have a kitchenette, which is really handy. The best part is the amazing co-working space. It's perfect if you need to get some work done. There's also a great coffee shop and restaurant inside. The staff were very friendly and the whole place has a relaxed, stylish vibe. Highly recommend for a trip to Cambridge

The location is good, just less than 15mins drive to city centre. With nice restaurants and supermarket nearby and with quite place to live. It is a suitable place to live with whole family.

Dirty towel. I checked into the hotel on July 20th and found mites or bugs on the towel and later on my pajama and bed sheet. There has been no formal appology from the hotel. I was offered a breakfast voucher and that's it. Later they send a ecolab report saying no bed bugs was found but the real issue is not bed bag but another type of bug or mites. As I remember I put the pajama on the counter above the toilet and that'swhere is towel is located. So clearly the issue is in eother the towel or the counter above the toilet. Eitherway I found the attitude of the management is rather arrogent. Not recommending and will not check in again!

The highlight for me was being able to cook and do laundry. There's a big supermarket right next door with a great selection of food. I didn't try the underground parking, but there's free street parking available on weekends and in the evenings. The cleanliness was acceptable, especially considering it's an apartment-style place. It's suitable for both short and long stays.

We were greeted by a wonderful staff member, I think her name was Hilda if not mistaken. Room was decent cleaned and everything was in place, the only issue was there was no soundproofing. There was a locked door next to the bed which we thought was cleaning supplies but apparently it was an entrance to the next room! A couple checked late at night and they tried to open the door to check what’s inside and we were asleep and jumped out of fear thought someone was trying to come to our room. Overall a good experience but that door leading to the next room shouldn’t be there or there should be at least a note on door saying do not try to open!
