one thing that wasn't really pleasant was the check in time being 3pm, the timing was a bit odd and late but i guess that cant be helped. anyways, food was not bad, service was up to standard, very happy with the room given to us, clean and very conducive.

The location of Avillion Cameron Highlands is quite convenient, with everything you need within walking distance. There’s a convenience store, restaurants, fashion stores, and even a Mr. DIY on the ground floor, along with some playgrounds for kids (though many shop lots remain empty). The street food options outside the hotel building are a nice bonus, and breakfast at the hotel, while simple, is acceptable. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Finding the hotel can be challenging as there’s no signage to guide you. The cleanliness of the room needs attention, as the cushions, sofa, and beds’ headboards have an unpleasant smell, suggesting they haven’t been cleaned in a while. Overall room hygiene is moderate but could be better. With a few improvements, the experience here could be much more enjoyable.

Water heater need to fix , after few minutes hot water become cold water. Breakfast is fantastic overall is good. Will come again

The location is near city area, easy to access any location. So far the hotel amenities is good, can be better. Nice weather too. And the rooms are super large, like a studio room. Toilet can get more clean, especially the floor a bit slippery. The price included breakfast, not much choose but can fully your stomach. Everything was so far so good.

Good travel and stay cation.. very excited trip and stay this time with my small family..my son so happy with room and breakfast..love it..very variety, delicious, great and many choices for eat..I give 5 star for hotel 5 star for room 5 star for breakfast and 5 star for staff..so good must be repeat again and very recommend..must be booking. Stay and rest.. nearest my meeting place at puncak Arabella.. this hotel complete with small mall... 👍 Great place..choose it..

Such a big room for a very reasonable price. Room cleanliness can be improved as there are some marks on the wall and stains on sofa, bedsheet & and door mat towel. Breakfast spread was superb and tasty 🫶🏽 Location is great, peaceful, near to shops but can be confusing for first timer. It is located in a “dead” mall and the lobby is at the 3rd floor. Quite weird for a 4 stars & well known hotel. Parking in the basement is free. Staffs were very attentive and helpful. Check in and check out process was smooth. They asked for rm100 deposit but will be refunded after check out. Will repeat definitely ❤️
