Hotel Mesra keluarga di Campinas

Fui gratamente surpreendida, hotel com uma excelente infraestrutura, cozinha e room service 24 Hrs. Quarto limpo, arejado e espaçoso, amei a organização. Observei as áreas comuns, e tudo bem organizado. Agora o melhor de tudo foi o atendimento que recebi do Rafaell, que rapaz talentoso e profissional, um encanto de pessoa, me passou todas as dicas da cidade, e conhecia tudo. Por mais profissionais assim no mercado. Meu esposo quis pessoalmente agradecer mas na nossa saída ele não estava no hotel. Por isso quero deixar registrado aqui meus mais sinceros agradecimentos pela acolhida! Parabéns aos envolvidos!!

The hotel is a good option for location and in terms of amenities offered. Staff is attentive but non-intrusive. My requests at check-in and check-out were attended (nothing major asked but still a good point taken). Breakfast is small but has a good variety overall; products were fresh and they even had kosher, lac-free options. cleanliness was on point. Wi-fi had a free option which was sometimes interrupted but enough for regular usage. bathroom was a good size, shower pressure was good and temperature set accordingly. I got a room on the far left of the hotel and thus had another building right at me, it didn't bother me but is is something to take in account. neighbourhood seems pleasant enough if not a bit empty throughout the day and night.

O atendimento foi primoroso. Funcionários atenciosos, prestativos, simpáticos e alegres, tanto os que estavam atendendo ao evento quanto os aqueles que estavam no restaurante e recepção. Todas as nossas necessidades foram prontamente atendidas. Agradeço a atenção e dedicação.
