Good value for money for my stay. Room is ok and breakfast is good. Hotel is quite far away from city centre.

Too bad! Noisy, room full of cracks in the walls and in the lining between the walls, skirting boards coming loose from the walls and full of dirt in the grout, very dirty walls with stains. Horrible bathroom! All dismantled, sink inside the room, shower stall in one corner and toilet in another place and no ventilation or extractor fan, difficult for an elderly person to use; the bathroom shower door opens above the bedroom entrance door. It seems like everything is divided with cardboard. THERE IS NO MINIBAR, an essential item for any hotel room (nowadays there are very small ones, 45 liters, they fit anywhere). THERE WAS NO SIMPLE ORDINARY MINERAL WATER, just sparkling water in a can at a golden price. How come there is no mineral water for sale in a hotel? I had to order through Ifood. It takes a while for him to check in. What was good about it: parking, shower and breakfast.

The hotel is well located, close to the Campo Grande shopping mall, the Parque das Nações Indios and the Biopark, which are beautiful tourist attractions ^^ The hotel left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness, there was no refrigerator available in the room to store food, the prices of products for purchase were extremely high, and the water at the location cost 9 reais and was only available in cans (at least that's what the receptionist told us). I think it's worth mentioning this issue, because there was no supermarket nearby, and there was no refrigerator available so we could store food and water, which was complicated. In addition, the room was small, the bed was uncomfortable, they provided super thin sheets that didn't heat properly, the bathroom was very cramped and the TV was small, in other words, the room was not at all appropriate for a couple. I recommend evaluating other options available at the hotel, because I don't recommend the room I stayed in!

Atendimento ótimo, mas um barulho do elevador incomodou o tempo todo.

A pia fica no quarto, o banheiro é separado apenas com o vaso, com a pia fora na parte do quarto, e o chuveiro tb separado, tv bem pequena e nao é smart apenas com canais livres, travesseiros nao sao bons, ar ok, tambem nao dao travesseiros extras ou lencois, tomadas apenas 220v, so ha tambem 2 sabonetes descartaveis, cafe da manha bom ok.

Ótimo ambiente com recepção bem agradável e atenciosa. Café da manhã completo com várias opções

Muy alejado de todo, pésimo colchón, distribución del cuarto. Pésimo servicio de recepción, una sola persona para todo, el chico estaba agobiado.

Check in demorado e não tive opção de fazer on line. Banheiro apertado e baixa qualidade dos travesseiros, mas irei retornar.
