Hotel berhampiran Çanakkale Evlatları, Canakkale

Disgusting, dirty and 3rd graded hotel!! This hotel has rated themselves as a comfort and 4 star hotel but their online reviews and pics don't match the reality at all. They are a dirty, substandard and disgusting hotel. When I checked in all rooms were smelling of intense smoke- the non smoking ones as well! The bell boy was trying to influence the decision of the receptionist by saying there was no smoke smell. When I insisted and fought, they changed the room but even the non smoking rooms smelt of smoke. Once I checked in I was surprised to see the interiors were 3rd graded and below standard and were equivalent to a budget hotel. The walls had paint and stickers peeling off. The furniture had burn mark stains from cigarettes. There were some random stains on the walls. The air condition was a split unit and there was a big structure in the room making it ugly. Room setup too was congested and not well planned and spacious. Luckily I have only one night here and unfortunately this was prepaid through my tour agent (roadrunners) and hence I could do nothing about it. But had it been my own booking I would definitely cancel it and switch to another decent and class hotel. And to add to all the misery I just discovered the air conditioning isn't working. I opened the Google reviews and found that many people have complained about this in the past so it's not something they can post an excuse about. They know that their ac doesn't work. When I called the reception to inform about this she told me to open the windows...seriously!!!!!!! Is this your customer service. I will further write about this to a Consumer rights authority in Turkey or some authority where this review is taken into Consideration and they will be penalised for this.

Şehitlik turu ardından 1 gece mola vermek amacıyla konakladığımız şirin bir otel. İlgili ve yardımseverler. Otelin konumu çok iyi. Her yere yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Anlaşmalı oldukları bir otopark var. 2 sokak ileride. Sabaha kadar 80₺ ücretsiz park da bulunabiliyor. Oda küçük ama ihtiyaçları karşılıyor. Klima, tv ve mini buzdolabı mevcut. Kahvaltısı doyurucu. Kalmak isteyenlere tavsiye ederim.

Otel ekibi için misafirlerin konforu ve huzuru önde geliyor. • Odalar temiz ve düzenli • Odalarda ihtiyacınıza uygun; tv,klima,kettle,saç kurutma makinesi,mini buzdolabı bulunuyor. • Sabah kahvaltısı taze , lezzetli ve yeterli çeşitlilikte. • Kedimiz Lucky ile kaldığımız sürede rahat ettiği ve kolayca alıştığı bir otel oldu. Ayrıca otel ekibi tarafından çok sevildi.Evcil hayvanınız ile rahatlıkla kalabileceğiniz merkezde bulunan huzurlu bir oteldir . • Ayrıca aracınız için yer aramak istemiyorsanız otelin aşağısında yürüyerek 3-5 dk’lık uzaklıkta ücretli ve ücretsiz otopark alanı var. • Çalışkanlar Otel ve de doğaya olan tutkusunu içinde barındırdığı çiçeklere gösterdiği özenle ortaya koymaktadır. • Bu nedenlerle tüm dost ve arkadaşlarımıza tavsiye ediyoruz.

Wir sind zwei Wochen durch die Türkei gereist und waren in vielen kleinen schönen Hotels, aber dieses war mit Abstand das beste. Sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Sehr freundliches Personal und die Lage ist auch optimal. Das Hotel selber ist in ruhiger Lage, die Stadt und der Hafen sind super zu Fuss zu erreichen. Falls wir mal wieder in diese Region kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dieses schöne Hotel buchen.

Excellent staff especially in the restaurant with friendly and efficient people like Gamze who took special care of me every day I was there. The food was delicious and plentiful with a wide variety. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and linens. If I were to return toÇanakkale I would definitely stay here.

very few choices for pet friendly hotels in Çanakkale and Hotel Zileli is one of them…Although the building seems old, rooms are clean and well decorated…breakfast included for the hotel price but, we couldnt experienced because they dont accept pet for the dining area…

staff were very friendly , the restaurant was great, the breakfast was special,,,👍🌹 I will stay in this hotel next time when I visit Canakkale’s,,, But I hope the hotel owners give more authority to the manager to give the customers a better price when they extend their stay and not to book through Oreos.com .😟
