- Visited with my family, with a ＜ 1 yo baby. From reception to greeting to room service, everyone was very helpful to all our questions and asks. I especially would like to call out Mr. Aydin who went all the way to make sure our stay is comfortable and our ride away from Çanakkale would be safe. - Suit room is unusually spacious, very clean. - Overall hotel’s furnitures and amenities are in great shape and quality

Great spot. Very clean and friendly. Great for families. Many things were closed due to the time of year but enjoyed what was available.

Wir sind zwei Wochen durch die Türkei gereist und waren in vielen kleinen schönen Hotels, aber dieses war mit Abstand das beste. Sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Sehr freundliches Personal und die Lage ist auch optimal. Das Hotel selber ist in ruhiger Lage, die Stadt und der Hafen sind super zu Fuss zu erreichen. Falls wir mal wieder in diese Region kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dieses schöne Hotel buchen.

Tavsiye edeceğimiz bir otel asla degil. Daha yeni gittik ve memnun kalmadık. 12 de otele giriş yapacaktık , temizlik oldugunu soylediler ve 3 TE giriş yapabileceklerini soylediler.15.00 denilmesine rağmen 16.00 da geldik ve hala temizligin devam ettiğini söyleyip beklettiler. Odaya ciktigmizda görevli paspas yapıyordu hala ve oda özenle değil alelacele temizlenmisti. 1 gece kalacağımız için üstünde durmadık ama asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Resepsiyon görevlisi kahvaltıda memnun ederiz inşallah dedi sabah 9 a doğru kahvaltıya indik . Haşlanmış yumurta bitmişti. Ve sorduğumda devamı olmadığını söyledi. Sürekli çay, patates kızartması vs bekledik. Verdiğiniz paraya değecek bir hizmet kesinlikle yok. Kahvaltıyı da temizliği de aynı kişi yapıyor zaten o yüzden yetisemiyorlar. Odalardaki tuvalet kağıdı bile bildiğiniz kağıt yani o kadar kalitesiz özensiz bir otel. Yaptıkları daha doğrusu yapamadıkları hizmete.karsi bir iyileştirme veya bir jest dahi yapmadilar

Konum olarak bir miktar bulmakta zorlandık çok işlek bir mevkiydi ve arada kalıyordu resepsiyondaki arkadaş güler yüzlüydü temizlik ve hizmet olarak memnun kaldık Fakat otoparkta farklı bir alandaydı otoparktaki arkadaş biraz kabaydı geldiğimizde dar bir alanı gösterip buraya koyun dedi kapı açılmaz dedik şöför hariç insin öyle koyun dedi eşyaları nasıl alacağız dedik eşyaları alın şöför park etsin dedi farklı bir alana park ettik bir gece konakladık geç geldik gürültüler rahatsız etmedi hava koşullarından karşıya geçemedik tekrar konaklama sağlayacağız

We stayed for one night on a tour of Turkey and compared to the other big name hotels we stayed in, the staff were much more friendly, smiling and helpful and the food was much better than average. A lovely night's stay here.

Excellent staff members, very friendly and helpful. They don't speak English but they treat you like you're family. The room is very small (as big as a queen size bed) but the location is right in the center of everything. The bus from the otogar (c9) also stops right around the corner. The only con about this place is that there's a bar across the street which plays loud music until 2am on the weekend. Weekdays are not bad, just street noise.

I was allocated room 210 which the bed was comfortable but again a leaking shower I am beginning to think that plumbers in Turkey are no good LOL.Hotel is pretty nice and one can see recent renovations it is again the location .Yes one can sit on the terrace and watch the sun set but the beach is not a beach that I would sit upon I am not a beach person anyway but the location of this hotel is so far from anything that one is left to walking done in an afternoon ,reading or drinking on the terrace. Again limited toiletries no tissues and the shower water just does not drain. Tea making facilities again cater to the coffee drinker rather than tea. Hair dryer,tv and ac. Again refrigerator in room does not work. Plenty of power points. My only complaint about this hotel was again the reception staff a female who when I approached I was ignored but 3 male travelers where checked in and yet I was still ignored when I was acknowledged I was dismissed without rectification of problem. Another incident can I use printer No it does not work later that evening ask a male receptionist not a problem The problem is with the female reception staff do they not realize without us they do not have a job and therefore no wages? Again very little understanding of English. Because of the date of arrival we were welcomed with a plate of ANZAC biscuits but only one and then the plate vanished. Dinner and breakfast plentiful but repetitive There is a cornerstore 10 minutes walk and if you walk 20 - 30 minutes there are eateries and a supermarket as well as a fresh bread shop Canakkale is a summer house destination for a lot of Turkish people to have holidays and as they leave the dogs and cats so many strays to fend for them selves until the holiday makers return next summer So sad to see and to me so very wrong on so many levels. Opposite the hotel there where deer a rabbit and I did hear a donkey kept dont know why? There is a park poorly maintained maybe summer this is all tidied up ?

Great location, massage and spa available. Friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool is nice.

Very nice hotel on our way to Kusadasi. Gas station near by this hotel . Canakale citi is a few kilometers from the hotel. Food is ok. The stuff in the hotel iz nice and some of them speak English. It's our second visit in Zileli , we go in ,slept one night ,and continue our journey . So easy .
