This was our first stay at Meriton,we were delighted to enter a spacious light filled airy and very clean apartment, in our opinion our necessary comforts of home away from home. On our arrival and departure our first impression remained, 5 stars! to Yar and Alina at front desk cheers and Thanks, house keeping staff on presentation and cleaning of all items and furniture,Wow! This was one of the most memorable experiences we have had. We live in Canberra but wanted to have a staycation for our wedding anniversary. We were greeted on arrival by a very professional and friendly Rupka. He advised that we were lucky to be chosen as “Star” guests. This enabled us to upgrade our free drinks to cocktails, a full a la carte breakfast, and a late checkout. There were also handmade high quality chocolates in our room on arrival. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar area so much we ended up staying there for our anniversary dinner. The room was beautiful. The bed was luxury. The corridors even had bird sounds playing creating a calm atmosphere. The foyer was an architecturally stunning visual. All workers were friendly and welcoming, a sign that they enjoy their jobs and workplace. Special shout out to Rupka who was there again the next day at checkout. Even if you are not chosen to be the “Star” guest, the free welcome drinks, lolly bar, mini bar in room and breakfast are all incredible touches to a wonderful stay. We will be back for another wedding anniversary!

Our room was spacious and clean with a beautiful bathroom. The bed was really comfortable but the pillow was too hard and lumpy. I really don't like the duvet only on top of the bed. Why isn't a top sheet used any more? The pool, sauna and club facilities were awesome. Great access to the lake for walks too. Parking isn't free. We used the 3 hours free section.

特別舒服的酒店，本身離Canbarra Centre就衹有8-10min步行，附近可以走到Florida看鬱金香，出門就是公交站，買一日票可以去到格蘭芬河南面的國家圖書館，科技館，美術館，新舊議會廳。房間雖小，但非常精緻，甚至還有很多袋泡茶，4顆膠囊咖啡，全套餐具，鍋，沐浴露味道非常好聞，非常推薦！隔壁就有早餐吃，第一次註冊會員可以免費，價值15刀的一個吃的+一杯咖啡！

I was unsure how my stay was going to be but it was excellent. I stayed for 2 nights in a 4 bed female dorm. You don't get keys or cards you instead download an app called Goki which you just use an email to login to and has all of the doors you need on it. The building is very secure, to enter later at night you need to have the app to unlock it. The room smelt very nice and there was a large window which let in a lot of light. We each got a locker with plugs in, and there was a desk with two chairs. The bunk beds were sturdy and didn't creak. Your bed had a pillow and a nice quilt along with all of the sheets you would need. The bathrooms were very clean and smelt very nice. The common areas were tidy and the laundry room was easy to access and use, as the payment for the machines was also on your phone. The accommodation was right next door to the Canberra centre with many restaurants and shops as well as a five minute walk from the art gallery. For $50 a night it was definitely reasonably priced. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay longer next time!

Location is good, just a throw stone from light rail and away from the busy streets. Just take few minutes walk to bus stop, where you can take bus to all the sightseeing in the city and train station. I did not drive in this trip, all my transportation is bus and light rail, and of course bus #11 (walk :-). The bathroom is clean, the shower screen is shinny like new, love it. Will stay in this hotel again!

酒店環境不錯，但是始終是舊酒店，和國內的皇冠假日沒辦法對比。但是對比堪培拉的酒店。都是偏舊的酒店。但是衞生還是可以的，房間的床也比較大。住得還算舒服。

The location is good and the price for a one bedroom apartment was also good value. However, the state of cleanliness leaves much to be desired. For example timber balustrades next to the lift appear as if a duster has not been seen there in a few years? Wouldn’t stay there again and the Quest City Walk, although costing more, is a better and cleaner option.

Location of the hotel is great, just a 5 minute walk to the restaurant and shops. Easy to find on Northbourne with a large parking garage for a reasonable $15 per night. The room itself is rather dull, has the bare minimum and the lights are a combination of normal lights and those horrible cheap cold white lamp bulbs. What I was really missing was an electricity outlet you can use next to bed. The bathroom gave me instant flashbacks to the late 80's or 90's. Old and tired are the correct terms. Mind that housekeeping is not done on daily base. The biggest letdown was that the hotel does not offer any type of food service, not even breakfast! Unfortunately this wasn't told at the checkin, so you can guess my surprised reaction, instead you are being referred to external cafe/bakery on the other side of the building. The restaurant was closed 3 years ago due to the pandemic. Of course hotels and restaurants also suffered during the several lockdowns but now is the time to get back to normal, this is the way how your business can survive. But this hotel seems to have given up hope and can't be bothered. Not a hotel I would choose again, especially since the rates are more or less the same as other hotels in the area.

房間整潔，服務良好。交通其實也便利，門口施工結束後會更好。剛到是傍晚時分，路上幾乎沒有行人，以為酒店位置有點偏，但是第二天早上十點出門發現，路上還是人煙稀少，原來堪培拉就是這樣的。酒店的一邊是市中心，歺飲放便。過了橋就是大花園，主要景點都在這裏，非常美！

I enjoyed my stay. A comfortable little apartment with decent facilities. It was less than a 10 minute walk to Aldi for a grocery shop and the little kitchenette meant I could eat a bit healthier while I was travelling. There were just a few minor maintenance issues that stopped it being a 5 star for me. My air-conditioning unit didn't seem to work correctly and seemed to run quite hot on the standard auto/auto the hotel asked it to be set on. The spa in the pool area was undergoing maintenance unfortunately, that would have been great after a long day. The little gym had good equipment and nice atmosphere being on level 2 rather than the basement but it didn't appear to be serviced and there were a couple of machines that needed maintenance, it also needed a top up of cleaning supplies.
