Hotel pangsapuri di kawasan pusat bandar sangat sesuai untuk perjalanan besar dan kecil. Adalah selesa untuk menjaga satu sama lain. Sofa di ruang tamu boleh dibuka untuk membuat tempat tidur. Dapur terbuka dapat menyediakan kemudahan memasak selama 10 minit. Bilik cuci dilengkapi dengan mesin basuh dan pengering. Ada masalah. Anda boleh mendapatkan khidmat pelanggan Ctrip untuk membantu berkomunikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah laras bahasa. Sangat berpuas hati dengan pengalaman menginap di Canberra lain kali saya masih akan memilih hotel ini 🏨

Location of the hotel is great, just a 5 minute walk to the restaurant and shops. Easy to find on Northbourne with a large parking garage for a reasonable $15 per night. The room itself is rather dull, has the bare minimum and the lights are a combination of normal lights and those horrible cheap cold white lamp bulbs. What I was really missing was an electricity outlet you can use next to bed. The bathroom gave me instant flashbacks to the late 80's or 90's. Old and tired are the correct terms. Mind that housekeeping is not done on daily base. The biggest letdown was that the hotel does not offer any type of food service, not even breakfast! Unfortunately this wasn't told at the checkin, so you can guess my surprised reaction, instead you are being referred to external cafe/bakery on the other side of the building. The restaurant was closed 3 years ago due to the pandemic. Of course hotels and restaurants also suffered during the several lockdowns but now is the time to get back to normal, this is the way how your business can survive. But this hotel seems to have given up hope and can't be bothered. Not a hotel I would choose again, especially since the rates are more or less the same as other hotels in the area.

The location is good and the price for a one bedroom apartment was also good value. However, the state of cleanliness leaves much to be desired. For example timber balustrades next to the lift appear as if a duster has not been seen there in a few years? Wouldn’t stay there again and the Quest City Walk, although costing more, is a better and cleaner option.

房間整潔，服務良好。交通其實也便利，門口施工結束後會更好。剛到是傍晚時分，路上幾乎沒有行人，以為酒店位置有點偏，但是第二天早上十點出門發現，路上還是人煙稀少，原來堪培拉就是這樣的。酒店的一邊是市中心，歺飲放便。過了橋就是大花園，主要景點都在這裏，非常美！

I really love the heritage feel of this hotel and we had a really lovely weekend stay. The reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are: No room service (food delivery apps can be used instead, and there's an honesty snack/beverage station in the back foyer). Single beds in family suite are really saggy (the king size bed was great). No sink plug and the bath plug was too big for the plughole (I informed reception on checkout, and they said this will be rectified). Switch for light above TV near tea/coffee making area is inaccessible (unless you tilt TV forward and reach over) and this extra light would have been welcome as light in main room is quite low. Otherwise, it was a really comfortable room with lots of space and great blockout curtains. There was lots of parking, even on a busy Saturday night. There's two parking areas out the front of the hotel and a large parking lot out the back. It's walking distance to a great park and Lake Burley Griffin and close to Questacon and galleries, with the hip suburbs of Kingston and Manuka near by with so many great dining options. I'd definitely stay again.

We 4 adults shared a 2 bedroom suite on arrival we received a warm welcome from reception staff, . directed to our suite and give keys . This was our first stay at Meriton,we were delighted to enter a spacious light filled airy and very clean apartment, in our opinion our necessary comforts of home away from home. On our arrival and departure our first impression remained, 5 stars! to Yar and Alina at front desk cheers and Thanks, house keeping staff on presentation and cleaning of all items and furniture,Wow! You all set the standard for the hospitality industry
