Hotel Canberra dengan Sarapan

I was unsure how my stay was going to be but it was excellent. I stayed for 2 nights in a 4 bed female dorm. You don't get keys or cards you instead download an app called Goki which you just use an email to login to and has all of the doors you need on it. The building is very secure, to enter later at night you need to have the app to unlock it. The room smelt very nice and there was a large window which let in a lot of light. We each got a locker with plugs in, and there was a desk with two chairs. The bunk beds were sturdy and didn't creak. Your bed had a pillow and a nice quilt along with all of the sheets you would need. The bathrooms were very clean and smelt very nice. The common areas were tidy and the laundry room was easy to access and use, as the payment for the machines was also on your phone. The accommodation was right next door to the Canberra centre with many restaurants and shops as well as a five minute walk from the art gallery. For $50 a night it was definitely reasonably priced. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay longer next time!

We had a great days in CROWNE PLAZA in Canberra. The room was clean and tidy.The staff was friendly. Especially at breakfast in the morning,One of the staff, ARYAMAN,happy a kind and friendly staff,Especially his happy smile,Made us for a lot of happy mornings. Ia adalah ok. Kami telah dinaik taraf kepada deluxe yang nampaknya lebih besar sedikit. Bilik itu sangat kecil yang akan menjadikan bilik standard kecil yang anda tidak mahu tinggal lebih daripada satu malam. Tiada kipas pengekstrak di dalam bilik mandi, & tingkap tidak membuka tiada pengering rambut di dalam bilik yang saya dapati kemudian ada berkongsi??? Nasib baik saya bawa sendiri. Tiada botol air percuma tiada buku dengan maklumat tentang Canberra jika ini lawatan pertama saya ke Canberra, saya pasti kecewa. Tiada masa daftar keluar diberikan semasa daftar masuk tiada menjelaskan sarapan pagi jika anda mahu. Sangat mahal untuk apa yang anda dapat berbanding dengan hotel lain di Canberra

Well placed hotel to shops and services. Great rooms with great bathrooms, highly recommended for overnight stays and even long stays

시설이나 장소 등 매우 좋았습니다. 앞에 경전철 공사가 있어서 아침에 일찍 공사소리가 나는 것이 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 바우처에는 현장에서 조식을 신청하면 약 29달러(오스트레일리아)가 청구된다고 하였는데 36달러가 청구되었음을 귀국 후 발견하여 불쾌했고, 부페형식이라고 하였으나 그렇지 않았습니다. 정책이 바뀌었다면 이를 즉시 반영하여 알리는 노력이 필요합니다.

選擇這家酒店也是看了攻略，綜合考慮決定的。入住後首先是被酒店內外的設計感驚艷到，非常開心。酒店整體的設施和服務還不錯，早餐廳一位亞裔女服務員的笑容和聲音讓人感到非常真誠、熱情，令人很舒服；酒吧的餐品基本是素食，但滿滿的創意感，也很好吃，還不貴（與外面飯店和商業中心的美食店比）；房間裏迷你吧裏的東西全部是免費的，有葡萄酒、啤酒、可樂、牛奶、堅果、薯片……小食品。這是一般酒店沒有的；房間很安靜，沒覺得隔音不好（也許是淡季？），酒店的衞生很好，客房的用品都很乾凈，也配有拖鞋，牙刷之類的不是必配品，但酒店是根據客人需要免費提供的，可以向前台要。不足嘛，就是客房的光線太暗（光顧追求設計感了），客人需要看亮啊！還有就是客房裡所有的門碰都不好使。

Spacious 2 bedroom with big living area and full kitchen. Nice view of the lake through full length windows. Heater worked well though no heater in the second bedroom. Walking distance to the CBD and the lake, though a bit far with kids (20-30 min walk) and park in in Canberra is expensive ($6 for an hour), but central to drive to many places of interest. Good place to base yourself out of if you value space over style. Handy to have a full kitchen (and laundry) though a few extra items in the apartment would have made the experience better. Negatives: Hot water seems to be run per individual unit, and the first night I showered after the kids had a bath and the shower went stone cold once I’d soaped up which was horrible during winter. One thin tea towel and a small sponge for the kitchen. Wouldn’t take much to spruce up the accessories provided to make an old building more comfortable for guests. Eg; 2 better quality tea towels and a proper kitchen cloth; Kitchen scissors and measuring cups would be good; Better knives - only one relatively sharp knife available; More than one cutting board. There was no salt and pepper or milk when we arrived, I went down to ask for more coffee after a few days and the lady at reception was lovely, saw she had all of these things and extra dishwashing powder which she provided to me but it would have been better to have this all in the rooms with enough supplies for our stay. $15 a day for parking, though I was offered to have 2 days free if I signed up to a free Accor membership so there’s that.

I love Ovolo hotels and am a happy customer. However, this property is not operating at the same standard as it’s other properties. I will not stay here again and I will not recommend it to friends. What’s good; the location, the friendly staff and the restaurant. The food is great. While the bar area has a good vibe it’s range of adult non-alcoholic beverages is very thin (and no, juice and soft drinks are not adult beverages). The gym is also good for a short work out. If the staff weren’t so lovely and helpful I would have rated the hotel as poor. What’s not great. - 2 lifts were not functioning at 100% and there were other small things that just were working as they should (fridge door, phone to bake a few) - Housekeeping is inadequate, although we paid almost $2,000 for 3 nights they only do a mini service every 3 days (and we had to request hand towels and bath mats on arrival). - Parking is $40 a day on top of the room rate. - Check in was complicated because we made the mistake of going to the car park first (don’t do this, pull up out the front and get lift access let’s first) The hotel is great at selling its features but it’s not great at explaining how it operates. The one thing it is terrible at is explaining that ANYONE who has any kind of HEIGHTS PHONIA must not stay here. The internal balconies are terrifying. The external balconies are no better. Do not stay here with young children, if you do keep the balcony doors locked the whole time.

Friendly staff and good location close to Alinga Street (light rail stop with ticket vending machine) and shopping area. Very quick and easy check-in and spacious suite.
