Our flight was cancelled.. CUN＞JFK.. 24hrs later. This hotel was so accommodating. Although there was a lot of confusion and as chaotic as it was, we still received kind & courteous service. Our party of 4 was given 2 adjoining rooms. Given the situation… We felt safe & comfortable. We highly recommend the outdoor Taco spot around the corner… can’t miss it - Al Pastor tacos right in front - get the Arrachera (steak) Tacos with cheese - super delicious!! The next day, staff.. especially Mateo - was incredibly helpful & informative! He made sure we were well taken cared of!! Mateo was muy excellenté! Muchas gracias con todo!

It’s good hostel to stay for some days. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

First time staying at this property. I must say I was surprised how close was to different places. First, at front desk employees were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Employees cleaning the rooms as always working hard and always willing to help. Room was clean and did not have any problems. Close to hotel you can walk to Plaza de las Americas and opposite way go to Costco. Past la Plaza there is a view of lagoon where you can run/ walk and get some exercise early in the morning. At lobby you can talk to a lady about any tours. They have tons of places to go. If you want to go into town, you can get a taxi which is more expensive. If you feel adventurous, you can take a local bus which it would cost 10 pesos vs 300 in taxi. Another way is UBER which I took many times. Overall, a great experience being at this hotel. I walked and run around this property so I learned about restaurants and things to see and do, e-mail me for any questions. Otherwise, enjoy your time in beau Cancún.

Location not bad, close to places around hotel zone. Food was ok, nothing special though, breakfast was better than dinner. People nice, willing to assist. Parking helps a lot. Room very humid, clothes were kind of smelling after one day from all the moisture. The window has no view, looking at some wall or sth. Really I don’t know how someone gets a good room when they book-is it magic needed?

Our experience started weak but ended stronger. This resort had customer service that was unresponsive, and unhelpful when we did reach them, prior to our arrival. While drinks are included, all I could drink were bottled beers or wine because the cocktails that any barista made were the worst I had tasted - mudslide, vodka soda, pinacolada, etc. all were terrible. Maybe they do this so guests don't order much alcohol? Waiters are a hit and miss, Marco Polo had a wonderful waiter who put on a show for us, while the Caribbean restaurant by the sea had a waiter who never once got our orders right, dozens of wrong orders or forgotten items in every sitting. Airport transport has many rules - for pickup, you must order 12-24 hours in advance, outside that window you're on your own. For dropoff, you must order the day before departure, can't pre-arrange 2 days in advance and you can't arrange the same day either, add some stress to your holiday. This resort benefits from its connection to neighboring GR Caribe by Solaris as their combined facilities and the prettier design of GR Caribe make the overall resorts experience more interesting and memorable.

I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

My experience at Atelier was nothing short of amazing. I visited the resort for my 30th birthday which was also my first solo trip. Every single person I encountered treated me with care and received me with love. I felt so special, literally like a Princess! I would love to come back and visit another time with friends and family. Here are some highlights worth mentioning: - I ate at Alba, Mercado 19, María Dolores, Takeshi, Limon y Sal, Bikini Azul, and La Consentida during my stay and all of them were good! Now for me, some were better than others depending on the type of food you like, but still, every single thing I ate was delicious. No hit or miss, the food was amazing, and at no point did I fall ill from food consumption. - Carmelo was my server at Maria Dolores for my birthday dinner and he and the entire staff treated me like royalty. I was alone at the restaurant for most of my reservation so they were all very attentive to me. The attention to detail in the food and the presentation made this a fine dining experience like no other. Everything was very well thought out and explained beautifully, like a story. Although the food at the restaurant is not included in the price of the resort, it’s very reasonably priced and worth it. - Joshua, Freddy, Adriana, and the pianist at the Azucar Bar & Lounge treated me like family for my entire stay. Every night I would visit them they would be so happy to see me and wanted to celebrate my birthday with me. Joshua is such a talented mixologist, every drink he made was made with love. I attended one of the cocktail classes hosted on Sunday evenings and although I learned some cool drinks, I wish we were able to be more hands-on and actually replicate making the drink instead of just watching him. - On the night of my birthday room service delivered a small plate of cheese and bread along with a champagne bottle, I really enjoyed that surprise! Random things to note that could matter to some people and are worth mentioning: - The walls in the rooms are pretty thin and you can hear everything going on around you, whether in the rooms surrounding yours or outside in the hallway. There’s ambient music playing 24/7 which is nice during the day but I think they should turn it down at night so guests can rest. - The app they suggest using for the resort is a bit glitchy and not fully functional. They encourage you to make dinner reservations using the iPads around the property because you can’t make reservations via the app which I find to be counterintuitive. You’re not able to see the reservations you set up in the app so if you forget what time you booked, you have to find an iPad to double-check. Also, the map of the resort on the app is very hard to use and understand. - I feel like this is a given at any beach resort but if you’re looking to get a cabana by the pool or hut on the beach, I suggest you get there early. The check-in was good, the guy on reception was kind and it seemed to be perfect vacation, but later happened 2 situations… 1. I left the part of my cash in a bag, and someone still 100 dollars from there, probably thinking, that “gringo” don’t calculate it… just 1 day before I took part from there to change and next day after midnight there were 1 banknote less. Of course I couldn’t prove it so it have no sense to tell about it. 2. Also smbd stole 1 chocolate (that’s not 100 dollars, but that was a present, which was bringing from another country - like a present from the trip)… 3. And last thing, there’s been an incident when three member staff were snooping around our room in our absence. And we have returned too early. They came up with excuses that they were worried about the safe situation. My friend had left her jacket in the safe. But that does not excuse them for intruding our space and letting our door open for everyone to see The cleaning ladies cleaned our room more or less good (sometimes forget about balcony 😅) and they have never changed our bed linens, but we spend there 17 nights… Little bit compensated by the good location, beach and tourist operator at the hotel, but not enough to fill yourself safely and comfortable.

The best experience ever this hotel is outstanding and the beach in the back is amazing, you need to see the color of this water, super clean and light green. The sound of the waves all the time is very relax early in the morning you will see the sun in your balcony , the beach area is amazing , the pool area is very nice they have 2 jacuzzi , the people in the hotel area is very quite , you have a lot of restaurants you need to come I recommend taboo restaurant next to the hotel and the supermarket and mall this hotel is 5 start really.the room have a bathtub and shower and two sink , I really love my trip in Cancun I recommend to rent a car to go to others beach and go to Tulum beach and restaurant
