Disappointing, we left even same day even though we had paid and we went to a nice area of Cancun instead - There is only one access to the pool and lagoon and you need to walk 5-10 minutes to get there from the condo - Several signs around the lagoon states it is forbidden to swim and life jacket is mandatory - The place is far from anything interesting in Cancun - The flat we rented was pretty run down and not very clean

We hired a two bedroom apartment in the H building, staying for 7 nights. Location: it's situated away 20 mins away from downtown or 45min from hotel zone. It is in a very local area, dnt think we saw any tourist around. Down the road is a Starbucks and petrol station and few restruants. Transport: if you have a car there's lots of car parking within the compound. You would need to take a taxi to go to downtown or hotel zone if you dnt have your own car. Pretty cheap to go towards those places in the morning but lot more to come back. To go downtown anywhere between 80 - 120 peso but around 200 to come back in the evening from downtown. There are mini vans collectivo which will take you for cheap 20pesos if you walk up to the round about towards Starbucks but it's quite complicated if you dnt know where your going or what stops it's going to stop at. Grounds: Its a gated community full of residents with tight security. One way in and out, depending what building you book your apartment it can quite a walk to the entrance. Pool is the size of actual lake, you can use it during daylight hours. You need a pass which should be provided. Lounges by the pool. Mini pools scattered. Daily pool cleaning. Apartment: it really depends which one you book as they are usually individual owners and deco differs between places. We booked ours from Airbnb and its was compromise between price and features like balcony. The building are arranged in alphabetical order so depending your block it can quite a walk to entrance. Secure doors with electronic access and modern designs. Make sure it comes with AC for good night sleep. I would say if you are willing to travel the distance to downtown & Hotel Zone this is good option for the price. Not far from the airport. It can be difficult to find cabs to come back in the evening. Uber is good option but haggling down a taxi driver can save you few bucks. Note, if you book excursions & they provide transport you will have to travel to the main hotels as a pick location. They will not come to you as its quite far.

Excellent place for families. It is clean, a gated community, and I felt very safe there. The pool is the size of a lake. It’s completely amazing. It seems that they are having a tough time keeping up with the pool cleaning as the filters are not in working order. That said, there are pool boys out there all day working on the cleaning which is impressive.

Le quartier et la copropriété très calme. Le lagon est très joli mais attention à la propreté. Un peu excentré du centre mais facilement accessible en 30 mn en voiture et 50 mn pour la partie côtière.
