Ulasan Hotel Kavia

We had asked for a Room with King bed which was confirmed on Trip.com, however, upon arriving, we were provided a smaller room with two queen beds. Given we were just two people, we did not want a room with two queen beds when our booking was actually for a room with a King bed but they didn't honor it and said given you booked from Trip.com and not directly through them, they cannot guarantee any room which is appalling. The response was very rude and the service was pathetic, they do not even provide water. Never recommend.

great hotel, staff is friendly. its near airport and taxi is not very expensive thanks

Zweimal das Zimmer gewechselt,Grund: Bett schmutzig ,überall voll mit Haaren .Rezeption gestresst.Das dritte Zimmer war akzeptabel.
