Worst view I’ve had from my balcony-just white brick wall!
Bathroom stunk of sewerage so bad one day could really use it. Had to get up 730am to get a sunbed and still very few left then!!! Not enough beds round pool area.
Very packed and loud on the evenings and just karaoke and disco after 10pm! Not worth the money I paid

I liked how the pool and beach are connected, I did not like that there are only 2 elevators, we had take the stairs after a show because everyone was waiting to get on the elevator, very dissapointing, also hot tub looks old and dirty.

I have to say the dining experience was amazing. The overall staff… I lower my hat to them. There wasn’t an instant that the staff from the custodians to the captains of the restaurants, the 24hrs staff, etc that did the impossible to satisfy your needs. Extremely great full. The hotel staff was very good too, except the vendors. I felt harassed.

Be aware! If you are targeted by the marketing staff at the check-in, you ll be harassed EVERYWHERE! During your meals, at the front desk, even in your room with non stop phone calls. They are trying to advertise their new resorts and make you buy overpriced vacations.
Food was probably the worst part of this hotel. We ended up eating flavorless fruit and an occasional burger (which by the way was prepared without gloves or any hygienic procedures) because their meats and fish were horrific.
To be fair, the beach and the pool were good!
Not going back ever again!

I loved the service. The drinks were a little watered down and the facility needs an upgrade the pool has loose tiles all over and the bathroom water smelled a little. I did have an amazing time.

The food was awful , no variety at all , no water service in the table as you sit ,the stink of smoke suffocates you, cleanness was excellent,service great ,but the drinks no good specially Margaritas very bad . You guys need to improve . For my side and my family never back again .
