The staff, without exception, were truly amazing and incredibly helpful, which undoubtedly contributed to the overall excellence of my stay.
The addition of the coffee shop was a delightful bonus, and it added to the overall enjoyment of my time at the resort. However, I must express my disappointment with the service provided by the lady working at the coffee shop on Saturday, January 20th. Despite our consistent tips and polite requests, her demeanor was notably rude, and she did not exhibit the warmth and friendliness that we had come to expect from the rest of the staff.
Despite this isolated incident, the remainder of the staff, from the front desk to every other team member, were exceptional. Their dedication to providing outstanding service truly shone through, and it's evident that they are a significant asset to the resort.
Overall, my experience at the Wyndham Grand Cancun Resort was fantastic, and I look forward to returning in the future. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback to ensure that every guest receives the exceptional service that the majority of the staff consistently delivers.
