Don’t want to leave this place. So many restaurants so many options. The outside pool is fab and the cocktails are delicious!

La comida no era buena, de hecho el 2do dia de la estancia mi esposa y yo nos enfermamos del estomago, y es que no consumimos vino o alcohol.
El servicio del personal excelente, las habitaciones tenian algunos detalles de mantenimiento.

I would give this place 5/5 if I could. But I will give it a 4.7 only cause of the food. Obviously the food won’t always be the best at an all inclusive place. I have no complaints, by no means do I mean to say that the food was terrible. It was good, and more so tolerable thanks to the buffet and the black and white restaurant that they have at their location. Over all the food was good, sushi wasn’t for myself and my gf. We didn’t try anywhere else and mainly stuck to the buffet.

The property was nice, just seems it wasnt insulated you heard everything from the hallway, upstairs and the neighbors closing their door. Maybe older hotel reason insulation was not as well.

The area and the property is wonderful..But i smelled a musty smell (result of mold) in the rooms and the hallways.This is not comforting for everyone thinking to stay there..Thank you!

Not the best place for single people because there are mostly couples. The food portion are small and we had to do 2 dinners every night. They did not have any board games or entertainment when it rained all day.

The rooms were old and dated. Old lamps, some outlets didn’t work. The toilet was aweful as it had hardly any flush strength. The food was just meh. The Lounge 24 was so poorly stocked with quality food. Absolutely nothing looked appetizing. Not a property I would return to.

First time at a Riu and a Mexican all-inclusive. I was skeptical since I did not have a good experience in Punta Cana but this was for only 3 nights. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The food was good and the best part was not having to reserve it in advance. It's like being in a typical resort with restaurants but no money being exchanged. There were plenty of options. The bar was great. The service on the beach was amazing. We were quite pleased and will consider returning again.
