I feel compelled to share my experience after our stay. This location is not as described. We made several attempts to utilize the airport transportation as listed on the property profile with no response, we ended up paying $85 for a 15 minute ride from the airport. We requested early check in, also no response. As we were waiting the front desk offered to show us around the property. We ate at the on-site restaurant which was the only good thing from our stay. During our tour of the property the person touring us, Enrique, took us to the tour booking center and quoted us $70 for a round trip including ferry ticket to Holbox island (Holbox Island was the reason for our trip). We decided to book this after dropping our bags. Unfortunately, he went home and the gentleman assisting us now quoted us $89/each after we were shown the price in the binder by Enrique just an hour prior. They ended up calling Enrique and fought to honor the price but finally gave in. The condo, the extremely narrow staircase in the unit is barely large enough to get a standard check in bag through. there was a trail of bugs coming from the ceiling. The shower drain was clogged and would overflow when showering. There were white liquid stains on the nightstand. Brought this info to the front desk and was told it’ll be checked tomorrow because no one was on-site to assist. We couldn’t stay so we left and still have not heard from the property.
