There is an important thing I have to mention here. Hope everyone is aware this situation before you book the hotel. Trip.com misled me about the price and what included when I booked my room. There were some room types without breakfast or meals. I tried to call the hotel to verify because they’re supposed an all inclusive hotel. I found out I’m right. No matter what room type you paid for. It supposed all inclusive package but trip.com tried to mark up more for the price in order to confuse people if they want to get all inclusive packages. Pros : 1. All the restaurants are good but they have specific schedule. You have to check which restaurants are opened everytime. 2. The room was clean and the view was stunning. 3. The room has a small place for room service. Cons : 1. There were lots of salespeople around the lobby. They always try to sell their club membership. Especially, the first day when you checked in. They are pretty aggressive though. 2. Location is a little far from the main street. 3.It’s a party so you can always hear loud music during the day until 10:00pm. Just pick somewhere else if you’re not a party person.

It was a public beach + pier, with many tourists and a mess. The room was large and clean, and the bathroom and 🚽 were two separate spaces, which I liked very much. However, there was a pungent smell in the room on the day of check-in (a bit like the smell of insecticide) that made me dizzy. The breakfast was not delicious, and only buffet and light meals were provided at noon. The disposable plastic cups were reused and not cleaned properly. Some cups were deformed but still in use. Picture 3 was taken at the entrance of the buffet restaurant. The white one was not a cabinet, but a louvered wooden board. Two wooden boards were spliced ​​at 90 degrees to form a semi-fence. When the wind blew, a wooden board fell to the ground with a clang. Fortunately, no one was walking by at that time. The waiter did not realize that it would be dangerous if it hit someone, so he just picked up the wooden board and put it together casually, as if nothing had happened.

All the meals are really delicious. I have stayed at hotels in the same price range, but the food at this hotel is definitely better and I would recommend it to others!

The food is really average, not as good as other all-inclusive hotels in Cancun. The hotel is like a nightclub with music everywhere. Those who like DJs and disco can come here. Those who like a quiet resort style can just leave.

하얏트계열이 인수하고 호텔을 망침. 원래는 Bresthless특유의 방침이 좋았는데..음식도 고급위주였고 다른곳과 틀린메뉴가 많았는데 다른하얏트랑 수준이 비슷해짐.아침도 먹을게별로없고 ...실망하고 다신 오기 싫어짐.시설만좋음
