The hotel is really chill, very economic and in a great spot for walking to everywhere.

Staying at the Royal Haciendas was such a pleasure. Our Concierge Joe treated us most kindly. My daughter and I enjoyed the suite we stayed in on the 4th floor. The view was spectacular. The food was tasty, especially the ribeye steak in the Los Murales restaurant. The staff was soo very friendly and courteous. They deserve every tip possible ! I especially enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool oh, yes and watching the waves from the LaPalapa restaurant where Oscar and Uriel served us very well. Room service was great too and so was our “ maid” Edith. I hope we get her again the next time we go. I relaxed this time versus attend all the activities and events so maybe more next time. Off to the Royal Sands, hopefully next 😬😬.

I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

Amazing location and staff!! The buffet breakfast is a must! I would highly recommend this location in every way!

Saya menempah suite dengan pemandangan laut sekitar $ 250 semalam, dan tinggal selama seminggu. Kerana wabak AS, terdapat kurang dari sepuluh orang tetamu di resort ini, jadi tempat itu kosong, dan sebuah restoran dibuka. Terdapat pasar raya di hotel, buka dari hari Isnin hingga Sabtu, anda boleh membeli beberapa barang keperluan. Ini kerana restoran hotel sendiri sangat miskin, jadi perlu menyewa kereta untuk pergi ke luar restoran untuk membeli dan makan kembali ke hotel, hotel ini dilengkapi dengan perkhidmatan penyewaan kereta, sewa kereta insurans 46 dolar sehari. Restoran di luar hotel sangat murah untuk dimakan. Pada dasarnya, berharga US $ 100 untuk membeli makanan yang mencukupi selama 3 hari dan membawanya kembali ke hotel. Bercakap mengenai kelebihan. The hotel was nice and clean. Food was just ok. I've had better at an all inclusive resort. We only stayed for 1 night so we didn't get to enjoy the pool but it looked nice. We booked the ocean view room and I must say I'm so glad we did! The view was gorgeous. The room itself was pretty big and very clean. My only complaint about the room is we couldn't find an outlet to charge our phones. Coming from Tulum, I booked the room for 1 night so we could relax before catching an early morning flight back home. When booking the room I read that kids were not permitted so I was under the impression it was an adult only resort. I guess I should have read the description better because this resort is very family friendly. Service was great! From check in to check out the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place for families, maybe not so much of your looking for a quiet getaway.

Great place to stay with included breakfast. We were canceled from our hotel last minute, and this was a great deal and much better than the one we had booked. Really enjoyed the stay and the view from the balcony. Clean and comfortable.

My experience at Atelier was nothing short of amazing. I visited the resort for my 30th birthday which was also my first solo trip. Every single person I encountered treated me with care and received me with love. I felt so special, literally like a Princess! I would love to come back and visit another time with friends and family. Here are some highlights worth mentioning: - I ate at Alba, Mercado 19, María Dolores, Takeshi, Limon y Sal, Bikini Azul, and La Consentida during my stay and all of them were good! Now for me, some were better than others depending on the type of food you like, but still, every single thing I ate was delicious. No hit or miss, the food was amazing, and at no point did I fall ill from food consumption. - Carmelo was my server at Maria Dolores for my birthday dinner and he and the entire staff treated me like royalty. I was alone at the restaurant for most of my reservation so they were all very attentive to me. The attention to detail in the food and the presentation made this a fine dining experience like no other. Everything was very well thought out and explained beautifully, like a story. Although the food at the restaurant is not included in the price of the resort, it’s very reasonably priced and worth it. - Joshua, Freddy, Adriana, and the pianist at the Azucar Bar & Lounge treated me like family for my entire stay. Every night I would visit them they would be so happy to see me and wanted to celebrate my birthday with me. Joshua is such a talented mixologist, every drink he made was made with love. I attended one of the cocktail classes hosted on Sunday evenings and although I learned some cool drinks, I wish we were able to be more hands-on and actually replicate making the drink instead of just watching him. - On the night of my birthday room service delivered a small plate of cheese and bread along with a champagne bottle, I really enjoyed that surprise! Random things to note that could matter to some people and are worth mentioning: - The walls in the rooms are pretty thin and you can hear everything going on around you, whether in the rooms surrounding yours or outside in the hallway. There’s ambient music playing 24/7 which is nice during the day but I think they should turn it down at night so guests can rest. - The app they suggest using for the resort is a bit glitchy and not fully functional. They encourage you to make dinner reservations using the iPads around the property because you can’t make reservations via the app which I find to be counterintuitive. You’re not able to see the reservations you set up in the app so if you forget what time you booked, you have to find an iPad to double-check. Also, the map of the resort on the app is very hard to use and understand. - I feel like this is a given at any beach resort but if you’re looking to get a cabana by the pool or hut on the beach, I suggest you get there early.
