Hume waha bahut maza aaya.. waha ke staffs bahut hi jyada ache or helpfull the special ANCHAL and ***DWI unhone bahut madat kiya.. place is just amazing and their hospitality too good.. thanks hum waha fir visit z***r karenge..

NOT WORTH THE 5-STAR TAG - Morning buffet breakfast is good. That's the only thing that is good. Although other 5-star hotels in Goa could be better than Novotel. - Hotel location is pathetic. Congested entrance. Small lobby. All you can see from the room balcony is the TRASH in the neighbourhood that brings a LOT of mosquitoes and other insects. - Rooms are super small and can barely fit 2 persons. Not even enough space to store the luggage pieces. Forget about roaming space left afterwards. - Food choices are limited. Italian restaurant closes 8PM! The other so-called multi-cuisine restaurant cancelled buffet dinner without prior notice. - You need to remind the hotel staff SEVERAL TIMES before your luggage arrives in your room. You will do the same if you need to ask for toiletries, water or anything for that matter. Develop your follow-up skills. - Cleaning who cares! Commodes are pretty bad. Hotel ***agement could not care less.

Overall stay and food is amazing at Novotel. And the best part is the staff is so humble and helpful I would like to thanks staff members Mr Vaibhav, Mr Shailendra, Simran, shubhadra,Mr Sanjib who served best to make our stay wonderful. Best resort I must say.

It’s my second time here yet again had a wonderful experience. Lovely property and the staff are their assets. Susan it was really nice to meet again yet again a wonderful experience.food was amazing lovely prestige’ suite rooms for family. Will visit again soon

The staff over there was very helpful specially ***davi. They were sweet and friendly. They helped to provide us cab at a cheaper rate and also provided free cab to the hospital when we fell sick and had to run to the hospital. They provided food for the baby and helped us in everything.

Thank you ***davi very helpful As always, I felt like I came home. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Everything else in between was perfect as well. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable as always. I might’ve stayed at this property hundreds of time but I’ve never experienced a member of the staff who wasn’t polite.

Best hotel to stay in Go best for family visit, food is nice You can expect a comfortable stay and food will be really awesome. Rooms are clean and amazing for the given price. Hotel is located at prime location and everything is nearby. Highly suggested

This was our 9th visit to Goa as Family (Couple with 1child & 1 Infant) as we previously stayed in Novotel Candolim Hotel we planned to stay @ Novotel Resort & Spa this time . As i usually never comment but this experience is worth it . The most pathetic staff specially restaurant & house keeping , they never smile , they never wish & their expression r loud enuff to say they r annoyed . U ask for something & they dont even bother to say yes or ok , u say & they go & if u bother than second tym u r annoying them . Property is Big but rooms r very very very small for a family not @ all maintained . Toileteries were broken , side lamps were broken & pest control was weak . We stayed for 3 nyts & finally when staff’s behavior was no acceptable we had to complaint but to whom . Captain of the ship their General ***ager was not available or wanted to meet u even when u asked ***y tyms . Without contacting him their guys knew that he is busy in meeting all 4 tyms😂😂 & now he will say sorry here . Its a typical Holiday Spoiler Property whereas their Hotel Novotel Candolim is way better as we stayed there 3 times & all times it was a good experience . Its blqvk mark property on name of Accor or Novotel . Dont get trapped & spoil ur holidays specially when travelling with family .
