As a frequent customer at this hotel since more than 9 years, it was heartbreaking to see this hotel is losing its charm. This hotel need renovation to maintain its 5 star status. I hope the hotel management see this message and act appropriately

Good location in the mid of Cangzhou city with short walk to department store. Below average breakfast with average cleanliness of the room.

Big room but the facilities are not that modern, like lacking USB charging!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Dry Cleaning/laundry is the best I have experienced in my frequent travel. Breakfast is excellent with a good variety of dishes. Special recognition to Miss Yun. Excellent spoken English and communication. Extremely helpful.

Good value for money, but not very clean

The hotel staff is very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options and is of good quality. The hotel's pricing is reasonable and competitive with other hotels in the area. The location of the hotel is not ideal as there are not many shops or restaurants nearby. However, there is a mall within a 10-minute walk that has several western fast food chains such as KFC, Subway, and McDonald's.

Our recent stay at your hotel was truly delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is falling apart, we used to love this hotel back in 2013, and in 2018 but now in 2024 it is not to the standards as it used to be. The toilet was broken, the airco had to be fixed. And the wifi wasn't working properly. Also we had problems with our door. And it was such a shame that people were smoking in the hotel, it was to be smelled everywhere, it was a pity, really! On the other hand, and to be positive, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast had a lot of food (buffet). And your not far from Cangzhou station, your also near a mall with great nightlife and dances, the hotel architecture looks FANTASTIC on the exterior and personally also the interior (only the lobby). It looks like a palace. They also have ammenties such as stores, restaurants, gym, etc... If I were to improve upon this hotel, I would suggest to maintain the hotel rooms, hallways, and to have the hotel more alive, as I saw several shops closed as in not operating anymore. Everything summed up, should you stay in this hotel? Well it depends, if you are willing to put up with all this negativity, then go ahead! But if you NEED your device for working abroad, then try to find another hotel, such as holiday inn in the same city. It all sounds super exciting but it also comes with negativity. Hope this helps!
