Selesai, akan tinggal di sini lain kali.

The room was nice and the staff was very pleasant. The housekeeper did a great job. I was very disappointed upon checking in for my twenty-fifth anniversary vacation and denied my request (submitted the request months in advance) for a room with a Mountain View. Additionally, my son had an unexpected nosebleed during his sleep on our last night, so we were charged for linens. No one answered the phone when I called to notify them right away about the linens. I notified them upon checkout (minutes later) and he said it was okay. We later received the email that we were charged for the linens. A very disappointing end to our vacation and also upon check in without the Mountain View I dreamed about experiencing for my milestone anniversary .

We had a great experience at Pocaterra Inn, the rooms were clean, the view was really nice and the staff was amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Canmore or Banff.

Definitely very happy with our stay. Close to bus station to go to Banff. And 10-15min walk to Canmore downtown. There’s definitely closer locations but for the amount that we paid, we’re very happy with the stay. The comforters are super warm and comfy. But I must say the bathroom flushes are quite weak lol. Another thing is the key card that tend to deactivate on their own (it happened twice), which created an inconvenience to come down to get them to reactivate it. And when I brought it up to the front desk they basically blamed me for putting the card close to my phone which will demagnetize it, instead of educating and apologizing. But otherwise good stay!

great place as your basecamp to explore banff national park and calgary, the room is large with kitchen and washer, highly recommended. it is pricy but so are the rest of other hotels/lodge in the area and a bit cheaper compared to hotels in banff. Clean and well maintained 👍

I would like to share this experience with the public. I booked for a split type apartment for my family weeks before we arrived from Toronto to Calgary. When we checked in at the Lodge after paying $1162.17 for 3 nights, I was appalled that we were given the room that was already occupied by somebody. I immediately went back to see person at the counter to resolve the issue. So he gave me another room and was told if I’m ok with this room I could then occupy this for 3 nights. I said I’ll think about it as this room had no kitchenette. But when I checked this new room, I was even more upset that the room was dirty, the bed was not made, the garbage was still in the garbage bins with empty water bottles The room was filthy and stinky. So I returned to Ryu after 11 pm last night and told him to refund me because I refuse to stay in this filthy horrible lodge. Additionally, this place is NOT good for seniors, with so many stairs to climb to the split type apartment. The rooms are Not safe as the key given can open another unit. I am so ashamed with my husband and children plus my mother who is 90 y.o to experience having to go back to the car after reaching the 2nd level of the lodge. All I can say is awful awful and awful experience in this Rundown Rundle Lodge! I would rather give 0 if that was an option.
