Great location, not so great rooms. If you don’t mind taking steps to level 3 (no lift there) and don’t care about the decor, it’s ok. Not sure if it’s operator (my) fault, but I failed to drain the water from the bath, so no bath for another person was avail.. There is no breakfast on the offer. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to everything - beach, shops, train station.

Wonderful stay, the place is right next to the beach. Paid 60 Euros odd for the stay, after booking only 2 hrs before arrival, could not have asked for better ones. I and my wife are very happy with the assistance from the staff as well, they spoke in English and helped in checking in without anyone being there, as we arrived late. The building is secure and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and pubs. The room was quite compact but also comfortable, and has good ventilation, fresh air and access to natural lights, given the locality and budget, nothing more you can expect. Great for couples.

Total disappointment for this hotel, requested sea view, you have to lean over to see the sea!! No reception on arrival, you need to telephone to get the door code. No place in front of the hotel entrance to unload luggage, you have to find paid Vinci parking. Functional air conditioning on the first floor but not above. Room on the 2nd, no elevator, unsanitary room, stained carpet, bathroom to be redone with hole in the ceiling. Old bathtub. Air conditioning broken in the room. Window open due to the heat, very noisy street with terrace downstairs until late at night. The breakfast advertised on site at 9€ and at the time of reservation it increased to 10€50!!!!! Incompetent staff the next morning at reception, unable to respond. Hotel to be urgently renovated and training to be done for staff.

You are paying for location here, and thats it. There's no amenities or simple things (Like a blow dryer, fridge, iron, etc). It is close to everything you want to be in Cannes though. The rooms are quite old - but other than that it does the trick if you are not going to be spending much time in there.

Great location just minutes from the beach, lots of restaurants and bars close by. The staff is friendly, would recommend this hotel if you’re planning on visiting Cannes.

The staff and manager are the most inhuman people. Do not stay here. This hotel should be banned and closed down. I cancelled booking due to Covid and cancelled five days before arrival date. One day after of cancellation period due to being very sick. I called several times requesting one night cancellation charge. They point blank refused and charged me a fortune for seven nights. I called the manager to explain that surely after covid the world is more sympathetic. She put the phone down. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

If you like sleeping in a Hot Not Airconditioned Closet, book this!! Most Horrific Experience we’ve Encountered in 20 Years, Staff NOT listening about complaint of Aircon not working, AND not doing anything about it. Worst Place to Choose in Cannes!!! We left early because it was NOT doable they Charged me for nothing!!

Absolutely positive note is the location, attached to the Croisette. For the rest I wouldn't go back: strong and acrid smell already at the entrance, very small room in which only the bed fit (I couldn't even open the suitcase except in front of the entrance door), view of the room on other facades of condominiums, unlivable bathroom, poorly functional toilet, very small sink, it was even difficult to brush your teeth and the shower/tub had draining problems, the water flowed with difficulty, my partner who took a shower after me washed himself with the water that I had used it before for myself, which reached above his ankles. I certainly didn't expect to stay in a luxury hotel, but no one in such a poor hotel considering that for a night without breakfast we paid €90.80, it may be little for a night in Cannes but not even right to have this "quality". Two stars for the location.
