Client de plus de 5 ans de cet établissement : Les Moins en 2023 : - Changement de gestion des réservations. Plus de réduction pour longue durée même si réservation de plus de 6 mois à l'avance. La même réservation si prise en juillet, comme l'établissement n'est pas plein, les prix sont cassés entrainant une différence pour la même période de 1000 euro . Prix plein tarif en Janvier 2023 : 3200 euro , en juillet 2200 euro. - Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres malgré la rénovation depuis plus de 1 an de la chambre . - Plus de salle de sport - Plus de restauration, restaurant fermé depuis 3 ans - réduction des horaires d'accueil, plus de personnel après 21h et entre 12 et 14h. - Pour les séjours longs : renouvellement serviettes et draps, nettoyage, plus qu'une fois par semaine. - Manque buanderie pour les longs séjours. Selon les chambres , le fil pour étendre le linge n'existe plus dans la salle de bain. - pas prises pour les voitures électriques Les Plus : - Personnel correct, même si gros turn-over . - Toujours tranquillité du lieu. - Plein Cannet, accès direct au bus 1 et 4 pour aller sur Cannes. - Chambre rénovée , climatisée (groupe de froid changé en 2023), wifi gratuit - Parking fermé, mais une partie louée à des locaux , malgré tout il y a de la place sur 2 étages - les 2 ascenseurs marchent cette année. - Équipement cuisine complet. - bonne literie - Piscine opérationnelle - Très bonne boulangerie à côté pour faire son petit déjeuner.

Where do I start, let’s start with the good and keep it short. Free and convenient parking practically at the door to your apartment, the wifi worked well and the bed was reasonably comfortable. There was a little outside garden area with a table and some chairs but the garden area didn’t really look that inviting The staff at the office were friendly. The bad, it is a longer list. When you arrive at the area where the reception office is the area around it looks like an abandoned shopping centre on a council estate with a building that looks like it could have four or five shops, cafes etc but instead is just an empty shell with some of the leaves from outside scattered on the floor and the concreted area out the front of these abandoned shops and reception area is just a faded painted concrete slab. The apartment is really where things go downhill, while opening the door was easy locking it from either the inside or outside with the key which was the only way to lock it was near impossible and I had to call reception to come and help and she showed me how it works and you have to “force” the lever to a 12 o’clock position and then turn the key and after a few tries it did lock but each time I went to lock it I had the same problem over and over again which really shouldn’t be the case locks should work. The apartment is a decent size but so poorly laid out, there is an L-shaped main room with a trundle sofa which I think converts to two single beds at one end of the room and a table and four plastic chairs at the other end with a TV in between. There were also a couple of little tables. There was also a freestanding wardrobe in one corner. The main problems with the room was the lack of lighting with just one ceiling bulb to cover the whole room and while it wasn’t a huge room it needed more lighting. There was a lamp near the sofa but it wasn’t much use. Off to the side was a very steep staircase though I am not sure it would legally qualify in many parts of the world as a staircase and is more of a ladder/staircase and under the stairs were some mops and brooms and a clothes airer thing. Off the main room was the small kitchenette which was pretty typical of the setup you get in this type of accommodation. It had the usual, a small under the counter fridge/freezer, sink, two burner cooktop, microwave and range hood but the only source of light in the kitchen area was the light on the rangehood. There were plates, glasses and cutlery for four people though some things only had three while others had five. A couple of pots and a pan but really no utensils except a strange group of about 6 items and it looked like as things go missing which I guess they do they are not replaced. The sink had a wall mounted dishwashing liquid dispenser but it was attached to the wall and didn’t reach the sink which really defeats the purpose. I keep coming to this wonderful place since 2018 and it never disappoints me. Clean spacious room, with a huge balcony. Comfortable bed and pillows. Little kitchenette where you can make yourself a quick breakfast or a late meal. Great SPA area and the outdoor swimming pools. Pity that this time the outdoor thing wasn't heated, but it was just a minor trouble.

I am currently staying a that the Holiday Inn Nice in order to make an early flight tomorrow. I chose this location for one night only for the convenience to the airport. However, as a self-proclaimed 4-star resort, I am very, very disappointed. I arrived at 1430 (check in is at 1500) and was told my room was not ready. Fine, I am early. I am happy to wait for 30 minutes. The front desk agent told me he would call me when it’s ready if I wanted to enjoy the area. I agreed. However, at 1600, no call so I decided to walk back. As I enter I see the agent leaving the hotel in street clothes—no call. I asked the new agent about my room and he had no idea he was to call me. He called housekeeping to verify if my room was ready and again, STILL not ready! I was asked to wait in the lobby until it was ready. If check in is at 1500, the room should be ready at 1500. I received no apology for their error. I reserved a Premium Queen Seaview at a cost of 400 Euros/night. The room is frankly gross. There are long hairs in the shower (I’m bald—not me!), mold growing around the tub, stains on the walls, and stains on the furnishings. I wish I could find a more profound way of describing the hotel other than gross, but I cannot. See my attached photos of the actual room. The lobby is deceiving. You walk into a remodeled, modern space and think , “nice, this will be a good stay.” But beware, as soon as you enter your room, it all goes downhill. Not only is the room gross, but there is not a coffee maker in the room, the shower products are empty, and they do not provide any lotion. Additionally for a 4-star resort, I would expect something more than paper cups in the room (glass cups and a wine opener, perhaps?). The hotel markets having a free airport shuttle. However, the shuttle does not run convenient to flight departures, so I have to pay 40 euros for a 4 minute ride to the airport. Again, disappointing. Lastly, the hotel provides free access to the Bay Star Beach Club (owned by the hotel it seems). I was excited to check out the beach on my last night in France. However, the beach club is very small with extremely dated (and dirty) furniture. Smoking was supposedly not allowed, but guests were smoking everywhere and staff did not interject. The provided towels have holes and are stained. It was very unpleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel is ANYONE! There are many more hotels by the airport at 50% less cost. Avoid at all costs!

أنصح من كان له زيارة إلى مدينة نيس أن تكون إقامته في هذا الفندق. الموقع والإطلالة رائعتين، وكذلك الخدمات المُقدمة فيه من أجود ما يُمكن، وطاقم العمل جدًا محترف وخلوق وذو كفاءة عالية. كل الأماكن الحيوية في المدينة على بُعد أمتار بسيطة من هذا الفندق الأكثر من رائع.

Super location within walking distance to just about everything. Nice acknowledgment of platinum IHG status by getting upgraded to 7th floor executive room with what sounds like more space than a standard. Beautiful view of Nice’s architecture. Appreciated the bathrobes! Even an iron with ironing board. Windows opened for plenty of fresh air. Hotel seemed full but was never overly busy, especially elevators. Front desk staff very helpful. A big terrace at the front of the hotel has a good combo of shade/sun. Guests can have breakfast, lunch (i think) or drinks out there, tho dinner was not being served while we were visiting. Our only suggestion is to offer 2 standard levels of breakfast; the 20-euro buffet gets to be a bit much if staying for several days. We asked for a coffee and croissant option which the dining staff agreed to give us for 10 euros apiece. But it would be more comfortable to have a standard continental breakfast offered that didn’t need to be negotiated. We don’t need so many calories at breakfast!

I enjoyed my stay and the staff were good. The location is decent, about 15 mins walk to the restaurants by the beach, though it is right in the middle of old town. The elevators were really old and slow, the shower had good pressure but smelled a bit bad. There is nothing really 'wrong' with this place, but I wouldn't say it was an excellent experience. Of course, it was not that expensive either anyway. The staff were polite and excellent.

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel in Nice. Just as we remembered it with the addition of the improvements to the rooftop area where the bar and outside seating have been renovated. Our room was a good size and fitted out well with separate toilet and washing facilities. The rooms are cleaned and tidied on a daily basis - to a good condition. Would have liked a better collection of coffee sachets but I had brought some from home so was OK. The self-service breakfast was more than satisfactory with a great selection of fresh fruits, meats, breads, etc. It is located just off the main shopping street near the station and is very convenient for using both of the tram lines which now serve the airport and the port. A 15 minute walk will get you to various ares where you can take your choice from many restaurants.
