Preis 120 Euro absolut nicht wert. Massiv überbezahlt. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Du hörst jeden Gast, wenn Du nach Hause kommst. Positiv, wenn Du mit Kollegen dort hin gehst, kannst Du mit Ihnen aus dem Bett aus durch die geschlossene Türe hindurch kommunizieren. Man versteht jedes Wort:-). WC nicht einladend. Schimmel in der Dusche. Zu wenig Parkplätze. Auf Reklamation dass das Zimmer 312 wirklich nicht ok ist, kommt keine konstruktive Lösung, kein Entgegenkommen mit dem Preis. Einzige Antwort: Sie hätten als sie eingecheckt ist reklamieren sollen, dann hätten sie anderes Zimmer gegen. Fatal fanden wir, dass wir null Euro, nichts als Entschädigung erhalten haben. Ich habe nicht das gleiche Verständnis von Gastfreundschaft, von Kundendienst kann ich schon gar nicht sprechen. Schade. Ich hoffe sehr, dass das Hotel asap Renovationen startet. Positiv: Aussicht. Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Lage ist zwar top, jedoch ist der Lärm von der Straße enorm. Auch hört man in den Zimmern sämtlichen Lärm von den Nachbarn oder vom Flur. Abends sind die Schaben aus dem Abfluss gekrochen und im Zimmer und Bad rumm gewuselt. Personal ist freundlich, Frühstück war auch gut. Würden aber nicht wieder kommen, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

La scarsa pulizia delle stanze ci ha messo in difficoltà. Le federe di alcuni cuscini risultavano macchiate. La polvere regnava nel ventilatore tanto che abbiamo dovuto pulirlo per rinfrescare la stanza( no aria cond.) Da non ritornarci

Das Hotel ist zwar gut gelegen mit eigenem Strandzugang aber leider ist es sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es stinkt schon nach Schimmel wenn man zur Rezeption kommt. In den Zimmern sind die Möbel sehr alt und auch da, es stinkt. Wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder.

Per noi è stato un buon punto di appoggio per visitare Locarano, oltre il confine svizzero. L'aspetto da fuori non lascia ben sperare, ma all'interno non è troppo male. Parcheggio stretto, ma con un po' di fortuna si trova posto. La camera era modesta, il bagno piuttosto stringato e la TV non prendeva canali italiani, ma abbiamo apprezzato la buona tenuta termica, nonostante l'infisso della portafinestra sul balcone fosse malandato e non chiudesse bene. Punto positivo l'abbondanza della colazione con buona scelta, anche se la qualità di alcuni prodotti non era delle migliori. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della spiaggetta sul lago, per via del meteo avverso.

Hotel di una certa dimensione ho avuto l'impressione che sia un poco in disarmo insomma in uno stato di progressivo abbandono. Stanza pulita bagno pure la doccia era mancante della chiusura delle porte con conseguenti possibili allagamenti del locale. Televisione con ricezione DTV di soli canali tedeschi capisco l'attenzione per i turisti ma siamo turisti anche noi italiani e eravamo in Italia. Nulla da dire su colazione e cortesia e disponibilità del personale.

Leggo molte recensioni da una o due stelle e mi chiedo il perché di tanto livore. La struttura non è nuovissima ma il prezzo della stanza è proporzionale e la colazione è tutt'altro che mediocre. Il personale è sempre stato molto gentile e premuroso: la spiaggia non è certamente quella di Portofino, ma è sempre aperta e gratuita, lettini compresi.

L'hôtel ne vaut pas plus de 2 étoiles (défraîchies) et certainement pas les 130€ la nuit...A ce prix on devrait disposer au minimum d'un panneau qui signale le nom "HOTEL" et non celui du camping de l'autre côté de la rue. Nous avons tourné pendant 1 heure avant de nous résoudre à aller voir un commerçant qui nous a aidé. Les coordonnées ne mentionnent que "route nationale 25-Cannobio". Je mets au défi quiconque de trouver l'hôtel avec ces coordonnées. Chambre donnant sur route nationale... Un bémol-＞ la gentillesse des 2 réceptionnistes et qui sauve l'ensemble...
