Hotel berhampiran Shopping Via Porcello, Canoas

Very nice hotel with pool. Has an ok restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was mediocre, but price for the stay was excellent. Room service was perfect and punctual.

We have two main Accor properties next to the Salgado Filho Airport, one Ibis and this Novotel. I am a frequent guest in both franchises, but for this time I chose Novotel to have a more refined experience. For my surprise, I had the feeling that I went to the wrong place and stayed at Ibis. This is not bad at all, since Ibis is a very honest chain, but I was a little disappointed. To start I used the paid self-parking, no vallet parking, which is good in pandemic times, but unusual in Novotel properties. Second, the design of the rooms (mine was a standard one) was quite the same of an Ibis one with slightly better furniture and materials inside. The restaurant at ground floor also seemed like one from Ibis in an open space. Breakfast was as expected. In summary, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this property, staff is friendly and room service works fine. Maybe my expectations were too high. Daily fare is around USD20 more than the Ibis located half mile from this Novotel, which seems fair.

Assi 51 Nahalat Binyamin street Mifgash Asi is a lovely spot for breakfast or just coffee. the place named after Assi Dayan, decorated with fascinating memorabilia of Dayan, a culture hero and one of Israel's greatest film makers, author, actor, drug addict and pharmaceutical wonder

If you travel for fun, then the price and the enviromento is fine.But if you travel for business, this is one of the worst hotel I have experience, the receptionist has really bad atitude, they dont speak english and they descriminate foreigners. Second, they dont know how to make an invoice correctly with the CNPJ. They misspelled the name or not putting the whole adress correctly. And when i ask to change, they complain and give a bad atittude. I will not reserve this hotel for any of my clientes anymore. If the hotel wants to grow, the receptionists need to receive proper training once in a while. But

Já havia me hospedado no Hotel Plaza São Rafael outras vezes. Gosto muito do hotel até pela memória afetiva que tenho dele e da cidade de Porto Alegre, desde a infância. Porém, nesta última oportunidade, constatei vários indicativos de retrocesso na qualidade da hospedagem. Os funcionários em geral, muito cordiais e bem treinados. Alguns outros poucos , porém, nitidamente sem vocação para o ramo da hotelaria. Nesta última hospedagem, fiquei em um quarto muito antigo e necessitando de uma reforma. O ralo do box do banheiro, inexplicavelmente, se localizava no ponto mais alto do piso, o causava acúmulo de água e extravasamento para fora do box a cada banho. Travesseiros muito desconfortáveis. Ao chegar ao hotel e até o dia seguinte, o sistema de gravação de cartões de acesso aos apartamentos não estava funcionando, o que exigia que todas as vezes que você se ausentasse precisava ir na recepção para um funcionário lhe acompanhar até o apartamento e abrir a porta com o cartão funcional dele. Imagine, sair para a academia e ir na recepção para entrar no quarto; tomar o café da manhã e ir na recepção (nesse caso, vc e o resto do hotel todo) e assim foi até o 3º dia da chegada. O sistema de estacionamento de veículos é um capítulo à parte. O pior serviço de EPark que tive a infeliz oportunidade de conhecer no mundo todo. Dois ou três funcionários para atender todos os clientes. A cada vez que você precisasse sair com seu carro, exigia de 20 a 30 minutos de espera na entrada do hotel. A impressão é que iam buscar seu carro em outro município. Serviço caro, cobrado antecipadamente, extremamente ineficiente e sem preocupação com sua insatisfação. Café da manhã é bom, mas pode melhorar bastante e existe uma vigilância constrangedora e excessiva sobre os hóspedes que ingressam no salão para o café da manhã, ocorrendo mais de uma abordagem sobre qual o número de seu quarto, seu nome, que é a pessoa que está com vc na mesa e isso enquanto vc está tomando café. Desta vez, a hospedagem deixou muito a desejar. Mas para ser justo, ressalto a cordialidade e profissionalismo de todo o pessoal do balcão de recepção, a cama muito boa e a limpeza dos ambientes muito boa.

Bom atendimento, boa localização. Os quartos são bons também com muito espelho, o café da manhã é ok. A única ressalva seria em relação ao box do banheiro, bem pertadinho, a água esquenta mas precisa esperar uns minutos, tem agua quente na torneira também.

Stayed at Intercity Gravitai for a few weeks and the overall service was superb. Food was great, and the staff were all super friendly and accomodating. I will miss their welcoming smiles and attentiveness. Special shout out to Diorge, David, Camila and Dion at icafe, and also to Claudic who cleaned my room everyday and made sure I was comfortable. And Sabrina who faithfully cleaned after us and took out our trash! Love you all! God bless you and God bless Brazil!!! Muito obrigada!

Relatively new hotel which is kept in excellent condition. Rooms have lovely views and breakfast is excellent, although 1 day of the 5 we stayed they did struggle a little to keep up with demand. Best part: The pool! Great to finally have a outdoor pool with a view in the city! They do need to have some umbrellas though as it is South facing and the sun is relentless. Especially a concern with young children. Also the floor in the pool area is extremely slippery when you have wet feet. There is also a top quality shopping mall on site with some fabulous food choices. Staff were very good indeed! My only gripe was they ran out of English Breakfast Tea Bags so I had no tea for the last 2 days... but that's my own fault for being English!
