Great experience. The rooms were very comfortable and the service impeccable. We will be back!

We stayed for 3 nights but the housekeeper didn't seem to clean the room properly. My rubbish such as used coffee cup didn't get cleared. View is terrible as well. I got the largest room but my room faced the KPMG sign. The sign is on 24/7 and we couldn't get a proper sleep.

We arrived at the hotel, booked a city view and was told the highest floor room they had was a 7th floor room that looked nothing like the room we booked and was dirty AF...then we complained and was taken to the 13th floor. The disgusting bed, loads of dust and dirty wash basin in room 1313 made us want to leave. Then miraculouslya 16th floor room became available. The dust in this room was unbelieveable. House keeping wad terrible and the staff lied to our faces. I will not recommend this hotel. 16th floor view was ok. Breakfast was the only positive this place had to offer.

It was a fantastic exprience , though l would have preffered a quiter place during my stay . The mood was cheerful and interesting

The location is a bit off from the v&a waterfront and city centre. You need to Uber out everytime. Another then this , everything is Awesome from the staff to the room service food to even the room very good.

The hotel is very close to the conference centre and price is acceptable

Awesome location, great staff who were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were cozy… home away from home. Definitely coming back.

Excellent hotel, good location, in particular for the Netball World Cup.

Very nice modern and luxurious decor, proactive and welcoming staff. Rooms are quite cosy, would recommended for couples or solo/business travellers. The bar and restaurant services delicious and decadent food. Location is very central and close to everything, but would receive recommend vehicle access, as there are not many things in walkable distance. Has a great night life scene, is popular amongst very hip club hoppers and social scene.

Good location, quite for weekend because of being at business area. Staff is good always smiling, only parking is little problem you have to access other building all time.

Хороший свежий отель. Бассейн на верхнем этаже не очень уютный, совмещен с баром и больше похож на клуб. Сам отель в деловом квартале находится, довольно безопасно выглядит, вежливая охрана на входе.

Most appalling experience booked by my travel agent. On arrival. Unfriendly staff. The reception area looked and sounded like a nightclub. You could not move past everyone. The room. No desk. Worst pillows . Big hard. Could not sleep 4 2 nights. Did request soft pillows. The reply.... not available. Asked for sweeteners in my room......not available. Only a shower......No shower caps. I travel for business on a regular basis. Expect at least the same standard or better when I'm away from home. This hotel WILL NOT be recommended by me

I loved my stay at Rockefeller! Will recommend it to anyone at any time. Good serves, amazing staff. They will see me when visiting Cape Town again, loved the free breakfast, with a wide variety of food. Rooms cleaned well every day. Great gym.
