It is located on the riverfront in walking distance from City Hall. The check in was smooth.
The fan room was very basic but clean with shower ensuite. The wifi works in room. In the hotel garden, there were a lot of beautiful trees and flowers.
Overall, I recommend Pete's Inn.

It was beyond my expectation. I didn't realize it would be a comfy stay. Bathroom, bed and other facilities surprisingly appeared clean and comfy for a budget hotel. Staff were also friendly and accomodating. I would certainly recommend this place to others looking for a budget friendly yet clean and decent place to stay while in Roxas.

I'm a native Capizeña,and just visited my home-town after long time.Decided to get my family and bring them along just to experience hotel-mode.We were all awed to experienced the luxurious facility this resort has offered.Clean and Cozy room,the bed..oh my soo smooth and soft.Well-managed cleanliness everywhere from their lobby area to the room then next to the veranda..perfect! I never thought Capiz had this na.Everything is luxury in an affordable way. Capizeños must be so proud of this resort. Not to mention the location just walk to the sea!

Alunsina Hotel and Spa Roxas City (Capiz), Philippines 29 May 2024 - 02 Jun 2024 1x Deluxe Suite Booked 31 May 2024 - 02 Jun 2024 1x Deluxe Quadruple Booked Good overall value on price. Great size pool! However, the experience was marred by: 1) The resort location was a little far from SM Roxas and Robinson Malls. Over 15 mins travel time via tricycle or taxi - According from our taxi driver - Roxas City has only 3 working Taxis operated by Southwest Taxis during the period we were staying in Roxas. 2) The onsite cafe and room service closed by 6 pm. Very, very limited drinks/refreshments available after 6 pm. 3) The onsite massage service used offsite staff and we had to wait. After 30 mins wait. We had to chase the staff up to see when the masseuse will arrive at the hotel. In the end, we had to cancel as they still had not arrived and sorted an alternative offsite provider. 4) The breakfast choice was very limited. On one day the pre-order breakfast failed to be served at the pre-arranged time. This was organised the night before. 5) The Main desk in the room, which was connected to the coffee area, had ants crawling around searching for food. If you left an empty candy wrap by mistake on the desktop - the industrious ants would find it and tell their fellow ants. 6) There was no phone in the room so room to room or the front desk/Housekeeping was not available. So you had to walk to the other room to speak to your other family members or go downstairs to get any assistance or help required. 7) Not dog friendly as promoted, no dog bed, but charged the same rate as having an extra person staying in the same room.

PPengguna Tetamu My husband and I recently completed a 3 day/ 2 night stay at Espacio Verde Resort in Roxas City, Capiz. The resort has 23 garden villas (either garden or lagoon view). We booked a Garden View room that had 2 queen beds. Pluses were: friendly and accommodating staff; excellent Customer Service; free airport transfer; spacious room; good air conditioning; large bathroom with walk-in shower area; comfortable beds. Although the room furniture was dated, room was clean and housekeeping provided fresh towels daily. I found the lighting in the room too dim; my personal preference are bright lights. The WiFi was often spotty and would intermittently disconnect. Our reservation came with breakfast included. On the first day, we had a buffet breakfast; however on the succeeding days, we were given the ala carte menu. Staff explained that depending on the number of guests booked, breakfast switched from buffet to ala carte. My only comment on this was with the Ala carte option, the guest could only have one free cup of coffee. There is a charge for refills. The resort has two restaurants: Abuelo, the main dining room; and Aquatico, the poolside menu. Poolside menu had more options; and hotel guests could order from either menu. The hotel manager referred us to a tour company Circulo Travel that drove us around Roxas City. We were able to visit the Sacred Heart of Jesus Shrine; the Immaculate Concepcion Cathedral; Santa Monica Parish Church with the largest 19th Century bell; Roxas Heritage House on the first day; ended with a late lunch at Coco Veranda; followed by coffee and dessert at Cafe Terraza. The second day was a trip to the Banica Dried Fish Center followed by lunch at Almax Seafood restaurant along Baybay Beach and dessert and coffee at Jacque’s Coffee and Chills (same street as Almax). Thumbs up for Espacio Verde Resort.

Had a great stay at this property with my wife, kids and my dad. We all enjoyed the homey-feels of the hotel and grand staircase that lead up to the rooms. Our room was spacious and complete with all the necessary items inside plus a lazy boy which is a bonus! The staff are what makes our stay truly memorable. They are so friendly and nice. The two staff even went over and beyond when they washed the car we rented, after they found out that we needed to have it washed before returning it and that we didn't have enough time to bring it to the car wash establishment. Location of the hotel is great right next to the center of Roxas City. We really recommend this property if you are going to Roxas anytime soon.

PPengguna TetamuThe service is just wonderful they do their best to make you happy. I asked upgrade and paid the difference. This is not a star standard hotel but okay anyhow for a pass overnight stay. The private beach doesn't look inviting if you consider the dirt and litters all around. All in all it's gonna be okay for those looking for low budget stay. I couldn't enjoy shower the next morning.I think there is water shortage and problem in this hotel. Breakfast was simple don't expect too.much, no buffet Here. Though clean and good staff. If i can't shower no second time.
