Viemos fora de temporada valeu apena conseguimos aproveitar super bem . Lugar amplo,com ótima organização colaboradores educados e atenciosos Ótimas dicas de passeios Bem localizado Café da manhã excelente.... super recomendo Obrigada a todos os colaboradores e gestão pela experiência..

O lugar é agradável, tem ar condicionado, o quarto é bem espaçoso, tem varanda com mesa e cadeiras, todos os quartos tem vista para o mar, no banheiro tem secador, a piscina tem adulto e infantil e conta com espaguetis e bolas para brincar, como fui em abril, achei a água um pouco gelada, seria legal se nessa época mais fria eles aquecerem a água, poderíamos aproveitar mais, próximo tem um espaço infantil e espaço pet, sem contar que tem uma copa com pratos, talheres e micro-ondas, o que achei sensacional, tem sauna, espaço de massagem. E eles também disponibilizam cadeiras, guarda-sóis e toalhas para levarmos para a praia. O café da manhã é bem básico. Achei o restaurante bem caro, não é atoa que estava mais vazio, se os preços fossem mais baixos todos os hóspedes comeriam por lá, mas infelizmente recorremos a outros restaurantes e aos delivers. O estacionamento fica na parte de trás do hotel. O wifi nos quartos praticamente não funciona, os melhores lugares para usar e na piscina e na varanda. O atendimento do pessoal é ok. A praia enfrente não é muito boa por ser praia de tombo.

For the amount of money they charge. the service must be top notch. My family and I felt that they were not a customer-oriented hotel. Small things turned into big headaches. * WIFI did not work on my bedroom when I called the front desk to complain, they told me that I should work from the lobby and that the internet was poor in my room. * We were in Ilhabela for a wedding party and 9AM (on a SUNDAY) on the day after the wedding, we were woken up by the staff for room service. They placed us on the farthest room in the complex in the middle of a construction zone. We were disturbed my the sound of a drill one morning as well due to the construction. * All remote controls did not have batteries. We had to physically go to the lobby and request batteries. Staff had a bowl with a bunch of used batteries and I had to ”fish” for the ”good” batteries. Staff was not friendly. * They pull a scam to charge R$5 reais per 1 beach towel. The hotel should just increase the daily rate by R$5 and make sure that you threat your customer with more than 1 towel per guest per day. We go there to relax and not worry about such ”small” things. We had a boat tour and when we can back, after a all day event, we could not get a fresh towel to enjoy the pool for the rest of the day. Staff was very rude, inflexible, and gave my family a huge headache charging USD $4 for 4 towels. At the end, I fought very hard and fees were voided. For someone on vacation, this is totally not necessary. * Breakfast buffet was nothing much different than an average hotel. Again, for the price, I would expect much more.

It has a nice location, close to the historic center, restaurants, shops and the beach. The rooms are basic but cozy, it is nothing fancy. We were out in tours so we spent little time in the hotel, we only came to sleep. The breakfasts are normal and the interesting thing is to try the local food, it was good too. Loved the natural orange juices!

Maravilloso lugar. Un agrado para ir con niños y también había gente con mascotas. La atención muy amable y cercana, las piscinas agradables (una de niños y una de adultos con bar en el agua). No habían ni siquiera mosquitos casi! Las mejores habitaciones son las que miran al jardín. Fueron muy amables con nosotros que tuvimos un problema médico con nuestra hija pequeña, nos ayudaron mucho y quedamos muy agradecidos. La comida del restaurante es de las mejores de la isla, o la mejor definitivamente. La ubicación inmejorable, en el centro de la Vila (casco antiguo) para salir caminando a las playas cercanas y restaurantes. Esperamos poder repetir.
