Great budget hotel, and they even have pool, though we didn’t use it. Conveniently located just off the roadway and near shops, supermarkets and petrol station, but quiet nevertheless. The staff were very friendly and kind. We had air conditioning issues with our room on the second night and they immediately changed our room. Breakfast was good. It’s the second time we stayed here. We will come again when in the area.

All good but a little awkward location though near the airport, 20 euro taxi from Carcassone centre and 10 to airport. Small pool but nice to have it and smoking area out back too. Standard double room was fine, clean, adequate. And we got a duvet! A light one, just right for the weather at the time. Service was fine,breakfast was super. Bit stressed though at indefinite time of arrival of taxi to airport in the morning. Booked by receptionist. But altogether good and great value! 👍

Hotel tres calme

Nice hotel, nice staff, clean rooms, location is ok 5 minutes walk from the airport and about a 25 minute walk to centre of Carcassonne and the citadel cite, only negative is they have a small swimming pool which unfortunately was dirty and the drinks are high in price but overall it is a good hotel.

We had an excellent stay at Kyriad. The room was as expected, basic but very clean. The breakfasts are buffet style, included are cereals, fruit, a variety of breads, ham, cheeses, bacon and egg. It filled us up for the day. Evening menu was limited but the food was very good. The pool was clean, and we had it to ourselves most evenings. As mentioned on previous reviews, its quite a walk into the Cite, and 20 euro's for a taxi, around 10 minutes if you have a car. However the location is handy for the autoroutes, if like us you want to explore the region. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We would recommend Kyriad

The bedrooms are very, very basic and the hotel itself is shabby. The reception/breakfast area/pool area are in a different modern building which is beautiful. The breakfast is good but expensive. The evening meal was dreadful. The hotel was very reasonably priced and is ony 15 minutes walk from the airport and 40 minutes walk from the town. There is a McDonalds across the road and a shopping centre & Lidl closeby. The hotel advertises a balcony with the room but there is no balcony., The hotel is like a motel where there is a walkway outside the rooms. This is not a private balcony and you certainly couldn't lie or sit out there

Chambre fonctionnelle avec climatisation. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est proposé sous forme de buffet continental frais et copieux. Cet établissement dispose d'une piscine extérieure accessible à la clientèle. Je recommande cet établissement

Las instalaciones del hotel son correctas, con buena limpieza y cierta comodidad. El inconveniente es la ubicación. Lejos de Carcasona, si no tienes coche estás perdido. Adecuado desayuno. Tiene una pequeña piscina que debe ser agradable en verano.

Points negatifs : Literie défoncée, si vous avez mal au dos passez votre chemin. poussière sur la tête de lit, porte de la salle de bain très sale. Rodéo nocturne sur la rocade en contrebas (mais ça Kyriad n'y est pour rien). Points positifs : restaurant sur place et correct rapport qualité prix, petit déjeuner copieux et varié

La maison familiale se révélant trop petite, nous avons passé les trois nuits du week-end du 15 août au Kyriad. Chambre propre, excellente literie (matelas et oreillers) mais climatisation un peu faiblarde (d'ou l'intérêt d'avoir une chambre côté nord). Petit déjeuner buffet complet offrant des alternatives pour tous les régimes. 300€ pour trois nuits à deux petit déjeuner compris en pleine saison: très bon rapport qualité /prix.

Chambre trop petite, matelas catastrophique, gros mal de dos le matin au lever. Drap de dessus troué. Pas de rangement dans la chambre. Pas de fiche de renseignement dans la chambre. Nous n'avons pas pu prendre notre petit déjeuner le matin, service terminé a 10h, nous somme arrivés a 10h15. La personne a l'accueil nous a informés des différentes formules pour le petit déjeuner lorsque nous sommes arrivés, mais ne nous a pas donné les horaires de services bien quelle nous soutienne le contraire. Nous étions trois et aucuns de nous n'a entendu cette info sur les horaires. Cette hôtel ne vaut pas les trois étoiles qu'il affiche.

Que dire! Un établissement visiblement tenue, avec des règles d'un autres temps. Pas de chauffage dans les chambres. Difficile de prendre une douche avec 14 degrés. Le paiement des prestations est demandé d'avance (?). Un personnel plus rigide que les responsables aux mêmes. Bref une horrible expérience. On notera cependant des chambres propres, une literie confortable, et des plats de qualité au restaurant. Dommage que lcette rigueur nous mettes si lal a laise. Pour cette raison, un etablissement à proscrire.
