10/10 would stay again! Clean, comfortable, modern, many amenities such as pool, spa, gym, function rooms, restaurant, cafe. Free parking on site, great size rooms, some with balconies and lake views. Excellent value for money, beautiful hotel!

Dated. Needs a refurbishment. Older rooms. Old style tv without internet

I am astounded that this property does not have an accessible room. I struggled in the shower as there aren't even grab rails avialable.

Nice area, though distant from Melbourne CBD and airport, despite coming up with search for airport hotels. Felt safe running/walking in area, many nearby dining options.

Stayed here before and it's been a nice clean hotel with plenty of entertainment available. It is also quite convenient as it is only 20 minutes from the airport.

I think the only thing that should be made clearer is the fact u need a $250 bond on arrival as i wasnt aware of that apparently its in the terms and conditions but i didnt see it

Nice large rooms, great bathroom. Didn't like the noisy cars going pass during the night, our room faced the road.

We loved staying here, 1 thing let the property down and it was the lack of water pressure in the shower.

The service from the reception was outstanding, Michael was so polite and helpful. The room was a bit dated but kept clean. Restaurant has great view.
